Food Network Star Beau MacMillan Arrested

Beau MacMillan, a chef who hosts the Food Network show 'Worst Cooks in America,' was arrested Sunday afternoon in Arizona on an outstanding warrant. According to the Scottsdale Arizona News, the 38-year-old star was stopped for a routine traffic violation when police found he had failed to appear at a Feb. 1 court date.

He was arrested, booked and released shortly after. MacMillan tells TMZ the whole thing was a misunderstanding tied to a recent change of address. He was issued a ticket thanks to a traffic camera, but he claims it never arrived at his new house.

MacMillan says he was in New York filming Food Network promos when his court date came and went.

Police records indicate he was cited for more on Jan. 14, including driving with a suspended license, no proof of insurance and having a suspended plate. At that time, his car was impounded.

Never heard of him , I used to watch the food net. all the time . Not anymore . I can't take it ..Used to be intresting , now it's just plain boring. Once in a while I'll pop in to see Tyler or Paula..even though her manners are down right disgusting ..but that's about it ..

In response to Cookie: I agree with you about Paula's manners. Another problem I see with her (and I do watch)is that she seems to almost "worship" her food. That's a little bit of a turn-off for me. As far as Beau McMillan is concerned, I've never heard of him.

I have watched the show...........ONCE. I don't care for him or his co-host(tess). I find them to be self important and prize jerks. I am a good cook, some tell me better then good, and I know how long it took me to learn to cook well. I also know that if one is not taught, one will not learn. I learned the hard way and can only assume that is how the non-cooks they have on the show grew up as well. Too bad that the "experts" havae no empathy for or memory of when they first started to cook. How many pans of food got tossed, how many pans got tossed as they were too badly burned to clean up??

How can you say Paula's manners are disgusting?! I guess you dont know how to enjoy food? maybe u scoff food down your throat,she shows you how to enjoy food the good old fashioned way! Check ur eating habits b4 u knock someone elses, btw u sound like a hater!

From the look of Beau, there's probably barely any room in his new house to store the food He eats, and He probably needs to install shock absorbers onto the toilet before He sits on it.

Beau was a real jerk on the Worst Cooks show. I was certainly glad when Ann's contestant won! He seems like someone who doesn't take responsibility for himself and always has an excuse or a scapegoat to blame trouble on. Really doesn't surprise me that he has a record!
