Heidi Montag Reveals Her New Favorite Body Part

Heidi Montag stepped out on the red carpet this weekend at PURE nightclub in Las Vegas, debuting her enhanced new body. After undergoing 10 procedures in one day, Montag is thrilled with her new look, saying Saturday that it was "the best decision I've ever made," according to PEOPLE.

"My favorite part, I think one of them is my chin. I think that's what I was so excited about," Montag, 23, said.

"And I love my boobs, but I still want to improve. I didn't get them as big as I originally wanted."

While she isn't ready to go back under the knife anytime soon, she will be "eventually," she says, "for maintenance."

In November, Montag's ten surgeries included mini brow lift, Botox in forehead, nose job revision, fat injections in cheeks, chin reduction, neck liposuction, ears pinned back, breast augmentation revision, liposuction on waist, hips and inner and outer thighs and a buttock augmentation.

As for her husband Spencer Pratt, he can't get enough of Montag's hair. "It keeps growing so beautifully and naturally," he says.

Wow....poor Heidi....does she look at the world and see that there are way bigger fish to fry than her getting bigger boobs and an altered chin...wow is all I can say. She is a pathetic reality in our culture.

You are so right. I can't even fathom all this "enhancement surgery" people feel they have to have. They look like sheer hell once the meltdown starts. Eventually we will have a society of Michael Jackson lookalikes. And the (what I call) joker mouths....you know the kind I'm talking about, the ones that look like the joker's mouth in Batman? Oh brother. Hitler would be proud. Everyone looking alike with no difference at all.....the billion dupelets.

Gosh, she doesnt even look like herself anymore. She just looks like some generic bimbo. What a shame. The surgery made her look older and less attractive.

That ain't no lie. She's looking less and less than what she originally looked like, and really...there wasn't anything wrong with her in the first place. She must really have rock bottom self esteem if she's so unhappy with herself. How sad. Not only that, if you have little to no talent, all the plastic surgery in the world won't help you. Mariah Carey or Christina Aguilera she's not.

Its sad whan any woman thinks only about their looks. It seems as though big breast are as important in holly wood, as food is to 'normal' people. This lady was pretty before all the surgey, she didnt need all of that done to her. Her husband put it well when he said he likes her hair, its growing 'naturally' long.
