Heidi Montag Reveals Her New Favorite Body Part

Heidi Montag stepped out on the red carpet this weekend at PURE nightclub in Las Vegas, debuting her enhanced new body. After undergoing 10 procedures in one day, Montag is thrilled with her new look, saying Saturday that it was "the best decision I've ever made," according to PEOPLE.

"My favorite part, I think one of them is my chin. I think that's what I was so excited about," Montag, 23, said.

"And I love my boobs, but I still want to improve. I didn't get them as big as I originally wanted."

While she isn't ready to go back under the knife anytime soon, she will be "eventually," she says, "for maintenance."

In November, Montag's ten surgeries included mini brow lift, Botox in forehead, nose job revision, fat injections in cheeks, chin reduction, neck liposuction, ears pinned back, breast augmentation revision, liposuction on waist, hips and inner and outer thighs and a buttock augmentation.

As for her husband Spencer Pratt, he can't get enough of Montag's hair. "It keeps growing so beautifully and naturally," he says.

They conviently mangaged to drop the "hair" thing....so ANNOYING!!! She is "developing" her own hair product line! Uggh! I usually would never waste my time posting anything about them, but if that is what my hair is going to look like, no thank you, she looks better with hair extensions in. I feel really bad for Heidi, she was so beautiful before all of these surgeries. It's almost as if that person people fell in love with on the Hills, Season 1, is dying and disappearing. I miss the old Heidi, pre-Spencer. Yuck....he is so gross....

She makes me sad. I used to dislike her and Spencer, but I at least thought she was a very pretty girl. Now, she just looks creepy and sad. How could someone who actually looked kind of naturally pretty want to look like this? What is wrong with people?

They are both hideous! She is even uglier than before not even the biggest boobs in the world could fix that fugly face!!! What a waste of space.

Imagine Spencers shock when she dumps him because he doesnt look pretty enough. I figure they have no more than 5 years.

She definitely does look old and tired. She went from sweet and pretty to OMG one of Tigers tramps! Holy Crap!
