Bristol Palin Subpoenas Playgirl, but Not Pistachio Co.

Bristol Palin doesn't believe for a second that her Playgirl-posing ex, Levi Johnston, is unable to fork over the amount of child support she's seeking from him, and she's taking legal action to get answers, TMZ is reporting.

Palin, the daughter of former Republican vice presidential candidate and half-term governor of Alaska, Sarah Palin, has subpoenaed many, but not all, the places that Johnston drew paychecks over the past year to determine whether he can afford the $1,688 monthly payments laid out in court. The pair have a year-old son, Tripp. Bristol claims his take for 2009 was more than the $105,000 he has disclosed. Levi also claims that prior to 2009 he'd never made more than $10,000/year.

Palin's legal team released a paycheck stub from 2008 that shows Johnston was paid $18,594 from one employer in 2008.

Among the media outlets and magazines she's targeting are Vanity Fair, 'Entertainment Tonight,' the National Enquirer and CNN. Palin wants "copies of any checks, IRS forms and all in-kind services, such as airfare, hotels, meals, transportation and per diem," according to legal docs.

Not included in the subpoena bonanza is Paramount Farms, the pistachio grower that enlisted Johnston and his bodyguard for a widely viewed commercial on their site, GetCrackin.com. Watch:

If it's one thing the Palin family knows its SUBPOENA'S...Mommy Dearest Sarah has had more subpoena's sent to her office while she was Gov, then Al Capone had sent to him..What is bothering me is how in the world can a person with so much going against her be held in such high regard by people who want her to run for President?? Where are the standards of these people who want to back her? If not for her, McCain would be president today!She has SO much negative's against her and these rightwing nuts, tea baggers think she is the answer..Sarah Palin went from being YESTERDAYS newspaper to today's toilet paper.

with the #'s she got from that paystub he made 357.57 a week, she 1,688 in chid support .someone get her & her mother of the pot thier smoking ,cause i don't see this kid making that kind of money anytime soon.so her best bet is to learn to deal with what everyother alaskan single mother gets up there & learn to deal.besides she still living at home with that fool of a mother .

They aren't trying to get support based on what he earned before all his tasteless celebrity "fame" they are basing it on what he has earned since he became a household joke.... which is alot more then 18 thousand and some change.... He needs to pony up his portion of child support, based on what he has earned in the past year (2009)

In the movie of Sarah with Demi. I wonder which leading man is weak enough to play Todd. I think Ellen D would be a good call.

I do not care if you are democrat or a republican, if you hate Sarah or love her. The point of the story is that like with any child case the father and mother must work things out for the best of the child. This kid Levi and Bristol have a child together and both need to support love and support it. Levi made some money be it working at shop-rite or Playgirl and as any court will see that it is the fathers responsibility to give child support to the mother. So many cases of Men fathering children and walking out on both mother and son/daughter. American Society will not take responsibility it is some one else fault.
