Jon Gosselin, TLC Settle 'Plus 8' Lawsuit

The standoff between Jon Gosselin and TLC is over.

The reality TV father of 8 and the network that chronicled his family's life have reached an agreement in a lawsuit that claimed Gosselin was in breach of contract for appearing on other TV shows, RadarOnline.com reports.

"TLC has reached a settlement with Jon Gosselin and will be undertaking procedural steps to conclude the litigation. All terms of the settlement are confidential. The whole Gosselin family remain under contract with TLC," the network said.

"Jon has expressed his desire to close the litigation chapter of 'Jon & Kate Plus 8' and although all terms are confidential, he is hopeful that TLC will move forward with the best interests of the Gosselin family," his lawyer Mark Heller said in a statement to Radar.

"Sometimes litigants that kiss and make up find their relationship is better the second time around. As Jon's attorney, I truly hope that this new adventure for TLC and the Gosselins is a much more joyful journey," the statement continued.

You know, Jon was never and still isn't a "nice guy". Jon is a Classic "Passive-Aggressive" and that, in my opinion, is the most unattractive, untrustworthy person on the face of the earth. He might be popular among his kind and the uneducated, but he's got NO CREDIBILITY left.

you are so right,but they would all still be on tv if ole kate was alot nicer to her husband,shes a pain and so is he,and there kids are so spoiled rotten,wait till there teen yrs,they are right up there with the duggers,except they and all of there friends are in a big big cult,,and i feel so bad for there kids,they dont have a mind of there own,the boys will always think they are above there wifes,an the girls will be having a bunch of kids,thats all they know,

My mother favorite saying is "where little is known, little is required." The guy was not a good husband (he cheated openly in front of children) is not a good father (exposing his children to media frenzy about his carrying on) and basically is in need of a spiritual awakening. Yet, to make remarks about his mother is low and then to add to it by being racist is uncalled for. I am a white female by chance that makes me better than no one. Tonight when I go to bed I will say a pray for you that you can find away to be happy without making ugly remarks against others.

The kids are not that old. they will turn 6 soon. I loved the family and was very upset when TLC cancled the show.
