Jon Gosselin, TLC Settle 'Plus 8' Lawsuit

The standoff between Jon Gosselin and TLC is over.

The reality TV father of 8 and the network that chronicled his family's life have reached an agreement in a lawsuit that claimed Gosselin was in breach of contract for appearing on other TV shows, RadarOnline.com reports.

"TLC has reached a settlement with Jon Gosselin and will be undertaking procedural steps to conclude the litigation. All terms of the settlement are confidential. The whole Gosselin family remain under contract with TLC," the network said.

"Jon has expressed his desire to close the litigation chapter of 'Jon & Kate Plus 8' and although all terms are confidential, he is hopeful that TLC will move forward with the best interests of the Gosselin family," his lawyer Mark Heller said in a statement to Radar.

"Sometimes litigants that kiss and make up find their relationship is better the second time around. As Jon's attorney, I truly hope that this new adventure for TLC and the Gosselins is a much more joyful journey," the statement continued.

kate had her hands full with 8 children and a husband about as responsible as an egg. IN the beginning the treatment of Jon was very good by Kate, but as you watch him sit back and let her take all the responsibility it begins to change. She has 8 high profile children and a husband so self absorbed that he couldn't help her watch them in public places because he was too busy playing with toys or doing the activities himself set up for the kids. You can see her frustration build with him and like all couples it began to unravel. He also allowed her to take the blame for a lot of his doing. If his behavior after they split was anything to judge by, he was more than likely the same in the marriage. He is a spoiled brat with an EGO the size of NYC. All former girl friends agree that his behavior is bad. SO don't put all the blame on Kate. If you ask me she tried a lot harder than he did and was more tolerant of him than the average wife. It was Kate plus 9 and it was obvious from the beginning.
