Conan is far funnier and more intelligent than Leno. Just because you can't get his humor doesn't mean he isn't talented. Just means you're dumb, oh well.
It's really a shame, Conan was never given a chance. Oh well, never staying up to watch the Tonight Show again.

Conan doesn't need Jay and that's the only reason he would have to go on that show. Jay should've been better than the NBC execs and said, "Sorry guys, I'm going to Vegas." but no, we get this, aw shucks, I dont' know what happened guys, I guess I'll take over the Tonight Show shtick. I hope he fails and that NBC gets what is due them. I, for one, will not be watching.

I believe that Conan has an agreement with NBC not to do any talk shows right now.
Yes I do agree that to have Conan as the first guest on Jay Leno's first Tonight show, certainly be very interesting.

Yeah, Jay plans to have Conan on his show - as a reoccurring puppet character called Crybaby Conan. All The Tonight Show audience in the first few rows will get soaked by Crybaby Conan's tears as if they were at Sea World.

It is good that they are getting the tonight show back on track. A stupid mistake to change it around anyway. Conan can always go back to writing, he was very good at that. he also landed one heck of a payday out of this shake down. He will get over the bruised ego.

To all of the people out there who do not have their facts straight:
NBC cancelled the Jay Leno Show and put Jay back at the original time slot. Conan was going to be on @ 12:05, but opted to get out of his contract for 45 million dollars. Conan has a contract that states that he can't do any talk shows or be on any network until September. Quit blaming Jay & Conan--it was NBC that made all of the changes and did the firings.

I won't watch Leno again not even if he brings Michael Jackson and
Elvis from the dead. I have always being a Letterman kind a guy but
admit to be one of those guys who messed up the ratings by switching
channels back and forward when I wanted to see a guest on Leno. I have
always watch Letterman's monologue because monologues should be about
who could make the ironies of our world be funny and stupid and who
better than a funny and stupid skinny guy with and odd sense of humor
not en ego-maniac with a chip on he's shoulder trying to live up to the
memory of the king Mr. Carson.

Conan does not have the guts to appear on Jay's Tonight Show. He blew it from the beginning. He has never been funny and he lost the show. I am so glad that Jay will be back. I can now watch TV during that time slot now. I quit watching TV during that time slot so that no one would win by Conan taking over the Tonight Show.
