Simon Cowell Is Not Ready To Say 'I Do'

Simon Cowell may have a beautiful girlfriend, 36-year-old makeup artist Mezhgan Hussainy, but the pair is not headed for the altar just yet. According to PEOPLE, the 'American Idol' judge told his rep, Max Clifford, "I'm not engaged" just last week.

Despite Cowell's surly on-air demeanor, Clifford insists that he and Hussainy are a perfect match.

"They have known each other for years... She knows him, she's been around him. So, she knows the person he is, and he knows the person she is. That's why it works so well."

Cowell, who has been dating Hussainy for the past year, seems to be softening up on the idea of one day settling down.

According to Clifford, who has his own wedding to look forward to, "I said to him, 'So, there's going to be two weddings this year?' Normally he would say, 'Don't be so ridiculous' or 'In your wildest dreams.' But he said, 'Who knows?' "

but didn't he have a girlfriend (I think the one before this one) that he dated for years and never married?? I think he's a single kind of guy...he doesn't seem like a "sharer"!
