As you said, you don't care about the Osmonds, same here. But I can understand as a mother, what she goes through. This child was adopted and adopted children are children of the heart. It must be a tremendous loss for her and her children to lose a brother and son this way. This is the second time, this happend this week, when you are depressed you have no more hope. Our healthcare system should be changed so everyone who needs help, gets help and do not run these people into bankruptcy. In Germany, those healthinsurances have no stockholders, but the moneys they made, go back to the insured, thats why the healthcare system is better there. Healthcare systems here in the USA, should not give stockholders the profit, but the profits should go back to the insurance used for the next patient.

Whether or you liked the Osmonds or not, this is a very
bad tragitiy! To loose a child, to death; what ever the
maters are, is just beyound a mother can deal with.

Death happens to us all in some points in our lived,
and the pain is just as real and tragic. Osmonds
may be in the lime-light,but they are people too!

the osmond are one of the best, i grew up with them, and followed there careers they are so talented and great.
i feel so so sad for the osmonds and there loss,
he was not gay, and he just had alot to live up too as an osmond for a mother, and with there talented and showbiz life style it was hard to keep up with them.

excuse me!, but being hands on mom or not has nothing to do with what has happened in the osmond's family with regard to micheal. the issue is suicide and the truly dark, endless spiral into a place that no one person could every understand! it is a very seriously dark, lonely place in our own individual minds that no one can save us from! your ignorance to chronic depression has you sounding like a ...., oh i don't know!, but you truely don't know the hell depression is truely capabile of putting a mind thru.... I was lucky to have help thru mine, Micheal may not have had that because people like you are so quick to judge the superficial reasons of cause rather then educate yourself to why there is no hope when taken down by your mind!
