Daniel Radcliffe has spent the past decade in the limelight playing the title role in the 'Harry Potter' film series, but the actor will soon be closing the curtain on the part that made him famous. In an interview with MTV, Radcliffe described his feelings about leaving the bespectacled boy wizard behind.Radcliffe, who has been busy filming the two-part 'Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows,' the final installments in the series, says of leaving the role, "I did have a moment the other day in the makeup room, that I have been in for 10 years now... I did walk in and go, 'Wow, this is [hitting me]. One day -- in about four or five months from now -- I'm gonna walk in here for the last time.'"

I bet it's going to be such an emotional day on set. They've been making these movies since 1999...that's 11 years! They better throw one hell of a wrap party. Even though Harry Potter is ending, the trio (Dan, Rupert, and Emma) won't be going anywhere. They are one talented bunch of actors/artists/designers/poets (they can do it all). They have long futures ahead of them.

All of you are very talented actors. One of the reason the "Potter" movies did well.
I am sure all of you will have healthy careers after the closing.
Good Luck.. and thanks for the amazing journey..!

I have enjoyed the Harry Potter movies. I remember seeing the first one in the UK before they made their debut in the US. They have been fun movies to see in theatres.

sad to this all end but thank goodness for DVD! The kids will do well as they STAYED to the end. If one got the Diva itch and left for greener pastures, they would not be embraced any longer.

Yeah, I was sad to read the last book but still have the movies to look forward to. The Potter series had a great run. I will miss one and all. Congratulations and thanks for all the wonderful memories. It is a great cultural phenomena and will continue to be so. All involved should be proud of their work.
