Kate Gosselin Joins 'Dancing With the Stars' Line-Up

Kate Gosselin is returning to reality television -- only this time, she'll do it with a new plus-one.

Gosselin is one of 11 celebrities who will be competing on season 10 of ABC's 'Dancing With the Stars.' The announcement -- which was first reported exclusively by RadarOnline -- was made official during tonight's finale of 'The Bachelor.' (For the full list of contestants, head over to Inside TV.)

Kate's dancing partner has yet to be revealed.

Kate may be taking the time demanding gig, but that doesn't mean she'll be neglecting her kids. She will most likely practice her routines in Pennsylvania, near her home. The show will gladly accommodate her busy lifestyle because they know she will be great for ratings, a network source told Radar.

Kate's children just may be the reason for her decision. Since ex-husband Jon Gosselin's lawsuit with TLC cost the family a hefty sum, Kate is taking her role as primary breadwinner very seriously, sources said.

"Kate's the kind of woman who will do whatever is necessary for her children," said one source. "It's great for her to be on the show, but she did it only in a way that benefits her family."

'Dancing with the Stars' premieres Monday, March 22nd on ABC.

Good for Kate...she is doing a great job supporting her children and staying positive. I have always admired her and enjoyed the show. Her children are beautiful. Hope Kate wins Dancing With the Stars!

What is wrong with DTWS....that show is getting trashier and trashier. They need REAL stars, not Kate. Maybe there is another reason Samantha Harris decided to leave....she saw which way the show was going and decided to bail. Good choice Samantha!

Give her a chance, at first when the show started the way she treated her husband i didnt like,,,,but she seems to be changing. maybe next yr john wil be on there lol

Kate may surprise you and be good....and shes providing for her family..its hard to find work out there even for a nurse, plus shes been out of nursing for years, she wont get work as a nurse anytime soon

All i have to say is good for her the kids will be just fine mothers go out to work everyday and have to leave there children If it were me i would have done the same she is showing the world she can Dance on her own 2 Feet!!! I believe people are just jealous Mother do what they have to do for there kids pay me that kind of money and i would be all over it so leave poor Kate alone we all have afew Skeletons in our Closet!!

Wait a minute they had twins already and decided to use fertility drugs to have more when she had no problem having children. Sounds like she was looking for a pay check. It's a shame some people who can't have children would give up every thing to have one maybe she should give them up if she wants the nannies to raise them.

This women does not have a show any longer.. and she has a BUNCH of kids. How do you expect her to pay for there school, food, all there needs? I mean get real people. She is human just like us... youre telling me that if you were offered 200,000 to do a show/dacing with the stars you wouldn't? WHATEVER! These children are more taken care of than most in America!
