If you can put up with his snide remarks, dating Simon Cowell seems to have its perks, as his new fiancee Mezhgan Hussainy stepped out in public for the first time since their engagement sporting a whopping diamond ring.

Hussainy, who at 36 is 14 years younger than Simon, announced last week that he did indeed ask her to marry him, despite Cowell's recent denials that he was planning to pop the question.
