When Jason Derulo hit the the road with Lady Gaga on her Monster Ball tour as a supporting act, he felt like he was definitely in his element. While he tells PopEater that being onstage every night was great, his first chat with Gaga was a moment he would never forget. "When we first met, she was explaining to me how her staff has been raving about my performances," Derulo says. "But more importantly, she was telling how I was great backstage. She said that [the support] meant a lot her and she really appreciated it."
Derulo, who admits to grooving to 'Love Game' backstage when Gaga performed it during her set, was even more taken aback when Gaga paid him an even nicer compliment. "She looked me in my eyes and was like, 'You know, just from looking in your eyes, I just want you to know that you're special,'" Derulo says.
