Heidi Montag's plastic surgeon is refusing to perform any more surgeries on the reality star following the ten procedures he performed on her in a single day late last year. According to Page Six, Beverly Hills plastic surgeon Dr. Frank Ryan, who performed Montag's previous surgeries, thinks she's had enough."There's really nothing to do!" he said.
Montag claimed to be addicted to plastic surgery in an interview with PEOPLE earlier this year, saying that she was still in the market for a few upgrades.

I CAN'T STAND PEOPLE WHO HAVE THIS 'ITS ALL ABOUT ME' MENTALITY. WELL GUESS WHAT...IT ISN'T ALL ABOUT YOU !! I THINK SHE IS TRYING TO MAKE UP FOR THE LARGE EMPTY SPACE BETWEEN HER EARS.
More and more people are getting plastic surgeries done. This means everybody is going to look like manikins. Pretty and handsome but similar.

LOL...can you say Uni-Boob.....there's no way to squeeze such a large implant in such a narrow space...Symastia...where the center of the breast pulls away from the fasia and muscle...then voila, a uni-boob....then maybe she can get featured on the show Taboo..the first plastic surgery junkie to have a Uni-boob...hmmm
Finally, a doctor with integrity!! If only Michael Jackson's surgeon's had had some... He wouldn't have looked like such a clown... He was SO handsome on the cover of his old Off The Wall album, and that's how he should've stayed -- he'd had several surgeries by then, and it was enough. As to Heidi, she's mentally ill... She is delusional if she thinks she's anyone or anything at all. She's famous for being famous, not for having any talent. It's sad that she needs to keep her name out there by saying such stupid things all the time -- she's sure no longer the sweet Christian girl from Colorado, that's for sure, and now she's corrupted her sister with unrealistic Hollywood thinking, too... Very sad.

I can't believe this nut case is wanting more surgery~! She is ulltimatly trying to change herself because she doesn't like who she is. I say change the person you are on the inside. Nothing you change on the outside is going to work for you. Dummy~!!

Heidi I think you should get bigger boobs because then no one will notice your face which looked a little older to me than last week and one of your eyes is bigger than the other.

This is obviously an illness. Firstly, she was too young to even need plastic surgery, except for maybe a disfiguration. Breasts size H. Where in the world is she going to get a bra that fits. Tailor made I guess. Her family better seek psychological treatment fast, before she turns into a monster. That is usually the next step, when there is nothing else that needs to be done.

I thought she looked a lot better before plastic surgery. She looks "plastic" now. A lot of people were blasting the surgeon for peforming surgery on a young, pretty girl. Probably didn't want any more bad press.

I agree with everyone. Heidi looked alot better before she had all those surgeries done. She didn't need them. I don;t know what she was thinking when she had all that done. Maybe a way to get rid of spencer. I don't think her looks now will get her anywhere except back in playboy to show off those huge boobs. What a disgrace, she most have a very low self-esteem to go to such drastic measures and ruin her looks.
She already looks older now than she did prior to plasticizing herself. Now she looks like all the other women over 35 who get their faces frozen. What a waste!

Sad...that she has such low self esteem about her image. She did not need ten procedures done in the first place...she was a beautiful woman...and still is...and will continue to be if she stops altering herself. Shes all of 23...start too soon..where is there to go down the road if you do need something done. And a H cup!!?? thats nuts...she needs a good shrink!

He talks a good game. But if she came back and flash some cash in his face he would do it. He did do TEN surgeries in one day. So I'm not buying it.

After all that surgery, she still looks so painfully average. I'd say the surgeon did a fantastic job if she originally looked like a 60-year old Tori Spelling, but she's 23 and looks 45. Oof!
