I concur with the positive remarks about Queen Latifa, she is stunningly beuatiful!!!!
I agree The Queen should have won. J-Lo looked great, but too many ruffles.
I 2nd..3th..4th..5th.. & so on about Queen Latifa beautiful dress color..her hair..poise..she carries it all just right....u go girl
J Lo is very beautiful person, and I loved her gown...

I thought Sigourney Weaver looked like a drag queen and nobody is talking about her dress.

I thought Sigourney Weaver was a drag queen!!!!
I firmly believe that Queen Latifa and Kate Winslet should have been at the top of the best dressed list! And I'm sorry, but
Rachel McAdams dress looks just like a sofa my grandmother had.

Excuse me but I think your best dressed picks are very boring. I happened to love Maggie Gyllenhall's dress by Dries Van Noten. Also it's nice to see Kristen Stewart in something besides blue jeans. Now if only she would stop mumbling and stand up straight.

SJP's dress would have been great for someone who was pregnant. I disagree that Sandra Bullocks dress was on the Worst list, I loved it.

Don't any of you people know how to use the English language? you shine your shoes, consequently, they've been shined. But when shined, you say the shoes shone, not shined. To shine is a verb, shone is an adverb. Are you illiterate? (A redundant question, I guess.

Are you an English teacher. I can learn from you. But please teach me in such a way that I will learn from you. You don't call people illiterate you will not be effective teaching that way.
Shone is a past tense or past participle of shine. It is sometimes a noun. It isn't an adverb.
Correction: It is not a noun, just a past tense or past participle.
"who dat say who dat when I say who dat?"
What about Jennifer Lopez. Her dress was beautiful. Why is she
not on the list?

You may want to ask Beverly from Nevada. She seems to hate Puerto Rican women. She looked beautiful!
I'm sorry , but Avatar is a much better movie.

Are you sure you didn't get your best and worst dressed lists confused??? The only one of your worst dresses I didn't LOVE was Zoe Saldana's... and your "best dressed" are 3/5 AWFUL and/or BORING. I like Sandra and Rachel, but the other 3 should have been on the other list. And Vera Farmiga's dress was definitely the best of the night.
Seriously... what happened here???????

As has been noted in this post, it's shone, not shined- further, for future reference, it's sneaked not snuck and decimated means reduced by 1/10th- not destroyed Oh and the use of the word classy to describe someone or something is just plain vulgar- the only word that should follow classy is broad,as in "That dame is a real classy broad"

Using the word "classy" as a descriptive term is vulgar??? Who decided you were the current language maven? I AM an English teacher, and there is nothing at all incorrect about using the word classy in informal english.
