Last night, Jude Law hosted 'Saturday Night Live' and during his opening monologue talked about his Broadway run in 'Hamlet.' Later on 'SNL,' actor Jerry Seinfeld made a guest appearance during the 'Weekend Update' bit, taking over the role usually played by Amy Poehler. The bit lampooned former New York congressman Eric Massa, who resigned earlier this week. The Eric Massa skit with Seinfeld may have been one of the show's biggest highlights.

Jerry Seinfeld Saving NBC Once Again Very Funny.

This is a perfect example showing that "SNL" does not care what party that they satire. All the Sarah Palin's out there probable do not watch when a dem makes an ass of himself. They only watch when the reps mess up. Since they seem to mess up more often, it is only natural for it to seem jaded.
Jerry was so funny. He brings out the best in others.

If you think SNL is not biased in favor of Obama, where is the skit about Obama wasting a year pushing a healthcare bill no one wants, while he is oblivious to the important stuff. Jimmy Carter did the same thing, for example, working out the white house tennis court schedule for his staff while Iran held American hostages. Now it is an Iranian nuclear bomb. Where is the joke? Is Obama too big of a screw up to be funny?
amen, velma... shut up, heidi...
The only people in the world that screw up more often than Democrat politicians are the idiots that keep voting them into office. But as everyone knows what is actually true is the exact opposite of just about everything liberals say. Why let the truth and facts get in the way of your ideology. Morons.
NBC has a goldmine with Seinfeld if they would just use him properly. The man is funny, period. Let him start writing for SNL.

Jerry Seinfeld was humorous but Amy is better at the "really" skits. Somehow more smarmy. But occasionally having Jerry drop in will be a major boon to SNL

The show was NOT funny, but it wasn't Law's fault - the material sucked. Jerry was great and that was about it.

Jude Law is sooooo handsome ..I saw him in Hamlet and he was great! Why arent more men this beautiful. no wonder women toady are so disgusted with men. they dont care how they look or act. LOve Jude Law

Jude Law has never been paired with a gorgeous leading lady like Keira Knightly, or maybe Penelope Cruz or some luscious female as a love interest. Guess Hollywood could not stand the heat that would generate and it would be too sexual for the movie going public so they continue to pair him with ordinary, unattractive women who we would never believe he would fall for. Hollywood agents. producers, directors are also jealous of Jude Law and wont give him great scripts where his hot handsome-ness will be showcased and enthrall the viewers. Hey Hollywood wake up and get this man in a great role on screen and be sure to cast his love ineterest with a deservingly beautiful counterpart so we care about what happens not just endure the farce. Hollywood is sooo stupid. And, after Hamlet it is clear he can do any part. Just make it a big role...

The take-off on the Twilight Zone episode classic "TERROR AT 10,000 Feet" that originally starred Willam Shatner was excellent on SNL, I laughed my head off as the "creature" was spotted smoking out on the airplane wing, also barbequeing, and chatting with Pearl Jam. I wish SNL would continue to create their versions of witty satire like this every week, it was definetly a gem and hope it gets on some SNL "BEST OF" program! WAY TO GO SNL, you gave me hope that there is HOPE in your show yet!
