Charlie Sheen Set to Return to 'Two and a Half Men' After Not Guilty Plea

'Two and a Half Men' will have their main man back now that Charlie Sheen is set to return this week.

The star plead not guilty to domestic violence charges in an Aspen, Colo., court hearing Monday. While he will return to work, he will still spend nights in rehab, according to People.com

"Charlie is looking forward to going back to work for the final four episodes of 'Two and a Half Man,'" the show's executive producer Mark Burg told the Web site. "He's also looking forward to clearing his name, putting all of this behind him and spending time with his kids during his hiatus."

The legal charges relate to a Christmas day incident with wife Brooke Mueller at an Aspen rental house. Mueller alleged that during an argument Sheen grabbed her throat and held a knife to it while pinning her down, saying he'd kill her if she told anyone, according to police.

The star took a leave from 'Two and a Half Men' on Feb. 23 to enter a rehabilitation facility for what his rep called a "preventative measure."

In court Monday, Sheen plead not guilty to felony menacing and two misdemeanors for assault and criminal mischief. If a plea deal is not reached in the case, a trial is set for July 21.

Mueller was not in court for Sheen's hearing. She is undergoing rehab separately at the couple's L.A. home.

Do you know the whole family? Do you know ANY of the family. Probably not. All you know is what you have read on AOL or in rags like the National Enquirer. These do not give the true nature of a person. And just because members of the family hold political ideas different from yours or they have a personal problem does not make them less of a person. They are human, prone to making mistakes, just like the rest of us. Charlie HAS admitted that he has a problem in that he has sought rehab twice, albeit the first time was pretty much forced on him by his father. But he has been trying and perhaps the person who posted about Brooke's life before Charlie, she might well have been the one to return him to the devil. Now, both are trying to straighten out their life and their marriage. I only hope those of you who belittle him have never had any skeltons in your closet. I don't condone his actions but I believe in giving a person a second chance - even Chris Brown. (I never bought his music before so his Riahanna{sp?} episode is no factor - I don't buy hers either.)

Times must be getting really rough right now. Every blog site has people in a real mean mood. Chill out and relax. Now me....? I just take it easy. Unemployed and loving it. I haven't set my alarm clock in over 8 months and it is great.

How easy it is to cast stones about someone you personally know nothing about! None of us were in the home at that time, nor do we know the full details.

I wonder how one would report incidents in our lives if we had the media reporting on us? Let ye without fault or sin cast the first stone!

The "you-don't-know-me-personally" defense doesn't get far with me. I send guys on probation back to jail when they screw up and, no, I don't know them personally. But I have police reports that involve professional, painstaking interviews. I have medical reports, photos, lab tests, and input from probation and parole officers. My personal knowledge isn't needed, or even wanted, and I decide what to do with screw-ups. That's the way the system works. If you want no criticism of anyone -- unless it's by someone who knows them "personally" -- then only about five people could make that decision. So, reliable reports (even from the media) are a good basis to form an opinion about Charlie Sheen. Drop that "you-don't-know-him" crap and wake up.

I may not know the full details of what happened in his home but I do know that Sheen said that the United States government bombed the New York Trade Centers and his father agrees with him. I say that fact means Charlie may not be playing with a full deck.

What i would like to see is charlie gone from my tv. Charlie is a rich spoiled little boy, or at least he sure acts like one. These kinds of people never do better, they go through life being a bully to woman. Years ago he claimed he likes dangerous woman, referring to the 'ladies of the night'. Only after being caught with call girls. Now hes married to one that acts like one, these two will continue to argue, and fight, and take drugs. Its the children that will end up paying for their parents bad choices.
All I am wondering about is, where is cps in this? If this was anyone else, our children would have been removed from the home.
As I said before, bs talks, and money walks, every time.

First it is not over he entered a plea which means a ciurt date will now be set for a trial. Second his wife was introduced to him by people in Hollywood who have since been accused of drug and or alcohol abuse themselves. Maybe he was really tryiing and she brought him back into that world? She had been in rehab for crack and alcohol before she meet him AND while she was PREGNANT! He might not be the best person nobody on the left coast altered world of LA is but I think she holds alot of the blame herself.
