How Sandra Bullock Found Out About Jesse's Affair

By all accounts, it was a regular Monday morning at Sandra Bullock and Jesse James' Hollywood mansion. That was, until Bullock's publicist called with the devastating news that could potentially change the Oscar-winner's life forever. After the jump, the exclusive story about how the awful news was broken to Sandra.

"In Touch magazine had called Sandra's publicist Monday morning to let her know the magazine was going to print an explosive cover story ... saying her husband was cheating," a source at the magazine told me. "At first, camp Sandra dismissed the story until they understood that the magazine had the alleged mistress, tattoo model Michelle 'Bombshell' McGee, on the record telling all."

By the end of the day Monday, Sandra had moved out of the mansion in California and pulled out of her London event to promote 'The Blind Side,' feeling blindsided herself.

"Sandra had no idea that all of this was going on. Not a clue," a friend of the actress tells me. "Now she is with family hoping for privacy. It's bad enough for any woman to find out that her husband has been cheating on her, but to find out from your publicist and then have it on the cover of a national magazine is heartbreaking."

If this is true, doesn't it tell everyone just how stupid James is? He HAD the "brass ring" in his hand and threw it away. Now he can go tinknocking, bowling for beers and watching his pitbulls tear each other apart. Geez, what a total putz.

I agree. The man is a collossal fool. He is throwing away an attractive and intelligent mature woman with a great sense of humor that loves him....for a quick lay.

On top of that,he really did seem to love her.

You can sort of overlook this stuff if the people are newly rich and famous,and are 22. This ain't the case. He has been in the public eye so long most people have forgotten that Jesse James is a stage name,he's been having strange hot women dropping to their knees in front of him for decades before he got married,AND he is in his 40's.

Fool really ain't a strong enough word.

I was so impressed at Sandra's acceptance speech when she accepted her oscar. What praise she expressed for her husband. What a pity he thought so little of her love. Sandra my heart goes out to you.

I am amazed that some men are so stupid, that they think they won't be discovered. They should know that the other woman will almost always reveal the affair, especially to get their 15 minutes of fame. I have no respect for women who hook up with a married man and then expose him.
