Michelle McGee's Ex Tries, Fails to Get Full Custody of Son
Michelle "Bombshell" McGee has just been hit by another bombshell of her own.
Yesterday, McGree's husband, Ronald Shane Modica, filed emergency court papers in San Diego, seeking temporary and full legal custody of their five-year-old son, Avery, according to
US Weekly.
In the documents, Modica made more shocking claims against McGee, the alleged mistress of Sandra Bullock's husband, Jesse James. "I need protection for my son," he said, claiming that Avery "fights me violently, and screams, yells, cries and begs not to go" to McGee's house.
Additionally, Modica said that McGee has slipped "more into stripping, pills, alcohol" in recent years, and stated that he "will not continue to expose him to the kind of life Michelle desires and seeks: full on, pornographic, party all the time."
The judge quickly denied the motion, although the couple is reportedly due back in court in May.
This is just the latest twist in an ongoing scandal that began early this week when James was accused of cheating on his Oscar-winning wife. In a statement released to
PEOPLE on Thursday, James said, "The vast majority of the allegations reported are untrue and unfounded. Beyond that, I will not dignify these private matters with any further public comment. There is only one person to blame for this whole situation, and that is me ... I hope one day they can find it in their hearts to forgive me."

I never once heard Sandy called a tramp -- quite the opposite, in fact. Gives more to charity that most of you make a year. Don't understand your post at all.
This story should be about a judge making a stupid decision... again. With allegations about this woman going public, plus the husband's charges, there should have at least been an emergency hearing set to make sure her children are not being subjected to her hurtful (to children) lifestyle. She's a skank and not fit for motherhood. Way too Narcicisstic to give a child what "they" need.
Why would anyone be surprised Jesse James cheated on her. Isn't she his third wife? it's not the first time he's been accused of cheating in a marriage folks!!!!

Hindsight is 20/20. I've been married (3rd marriage) for 32 years and have not cheated. I could not do that to my wife.
Sandra (although we do not live with her) appears like she would be just as a love away from the camera as she is on camera.
I feel very sorry for her and I know her hurt. No one needs to go thru that hurt. Sandra although you are hurting now it will not last forever. Good luck.
There's an idiot judge for you! The man says his son fights him, cries and screams that he doesn't want to go to his own mother's house and yet the judge allows the little boy to go? Most people let the child reside with the parent the child wants to be with until they find out for sure if there's any danger to the child in the other home. How sad that a judge just over looked this child's need for SAFETY! Hopefully the next judge will have a brain!

Was thinking that myself! What is that judge thinking!!! Poor kid - apparently the only one looking after his well being is his father. Certainly the mother didn't care about the child while she was screwing Jesse. Now for sure he knows his mom is a tramp.
I as well am thinking the same.. the poor child,, screaming, not wanting to go,, for that to be happening, there is a reason,, the Judge did NOT do his job right... he seemed to ignore the cries of the child.

I feel bad for Sandra, all of her PRIVATE life has been on the news, radio, and here. Her sorry husband cheated on her with one of the lowest forms of life. Thats as humiliating as it gets.
The tattoed bimbo that Jesse was with, should be so ashamed of her self and shouldnt show her face in public again. Everyone with any brain loves Sandra, shes a great actrees, mother, wife, and person. I am sure she will make the right choice for her self, and the children. I feel so sorry for her now, because this being so public, and it was humiliating enough privatly. But for this to be plastared every where... wrong, so wrong. Just because ones work is public, dont mean everything in her life should be on the news.

i've never been so dissapointed at any thing in the media befor like this. he should be so ashamed of him self and so should that tacky homewrecking tramp "bombshell" i've seen better looking farm animals! but i guess some men are just disgusting! i feel so bad for sandra all she wanted was a happy ending and she so deserves it too, i just dont think that ending is going to be with jesse, which is so sad because she loves his kids so much she put off having any of her own to take care of his and he just took advantage of her. shame on you jesse shame on you!

I find it really interesting that this woman, Michelle McGee, sold her story for money, and now her ex-husband is suing her for custody of their kid. Even if he doesn't win custody, I'm sure that the money she was paid for the story about Jesse will all be spent on lawyers fees defending herself. In the end, my guess is she won't end up with anything at the end of this, except some seriously bad blood.

I was skeptical when they fell in love and got married. I was worried that it was one sided. Who wouldn't want to be married to Sandra Bullock. She is beautiful, talented, loving, etc. I don't feel he felt the same about her. If he did he would not have cheated. I wish he would be stuck with the biatch and let her cuckold him and make a fool out of him. He will get his someday. In the meantime, Sandra there is a truly great guy out there for you. Don't give up. Give this guy up!! He isn't worthy of you.

There is no more true love in this world. I feel so bad for Sandra. How could she marry a guy like that. I knew he would do this to her. What a piece of S--T. She took his daugter in and treated her to a life we could only dream about. Sandra should have know better after num-nuts was married to a porn star and a true nut at that. While I still have not found my "one true love" I do believe that that he is out there. To stop believing that there is no true love is not an option for me, I will keep searching
