Octomom Nadya Suleman Facing Foreclosure

Nadya Suleman may be the latest victim of foreclosure.

According to TMZ, the infamous "Octomom" is now at risk of being thrown out of her Southern California home after falling behind on her mortgage payments.

The home, located in La Habra, was recently signed over to Suleman's father, Ed, who has since failed to pay a $450,000 balloon payment due this month.

According to mortgage holder Amer Haddadin, Ed Suleman has missed other recent payments as well, including last month's, estimated at about $4,000.

Nadya, of course, came to fame at the beginning of 2009 when she gave birth to octuplets. In recent months, there were rumblings about a possible reality show starring the Octomom, but so far nothing has surfaced.

Suleman, who has yet to comment on the story, reportedly has until Tuesday to make both payments, plus interest and attorney's fees.

The Octomom is living off the State of CA, and your tax dollar. As for the bailouts...Geithner...was the BRAIN CHILD and part of the original bailout, and got the first 350BILLION to give to Wall Street...Don't forget that and tell the truth when you speak about it.. She really thought she was going to cash out on her kids, like Kate and Jon, which is pathetic..Using your kids to be famous like that. Quit having kids! Stop having expensive plastic surgery and both HER and her Dr should be fined and jailed for what they have done! Nobody in their right mind who has 6 kids pays some quack to implant 8 babies at once! The whole thing is disgusting and insane! She made her nasty and strange bed so now she can lie in it! If she loses her home she can always find a HUD house to live in. Not many people are willing to rent to someone with 14 children!

Gia, HUD requirements only allow two children of the same sex to share bedrooms. Does HUD even have houses or apts that big?

while everything you say is true the children are here and have to be taken care of. if any money is made off her children the goverment should take control and restrict the money to be put in savings for the kids,lord knows they are going to need therapy for the rest of their lifes. just like jon & kate they have blown through their kids money like wildfire. First I feel sorry for the kids, they did not ask to be here, let alone her be their mother. BUT I hope that no one bails her out of trouble, she needs to step up and take care of her business. The state needs to take the kids and make her get a real job!

What about those innocent kids? You can bash Octo all you want (her laugh is nauseating!) but her children didn't ask to be born into all this. I don't wish the woman anything bad but after her appearance on the view I can tell she is not all there in the intelligence department. She needs a lot of help with those children - it's simply not fare to them. Make her go out and get a real job while social workers tend to the kids.
