Former Mrs. Jesse James Wants Custody of Daughter

The ex-wife of Jesse James is readying a legal ploy to regain custody of the pair's daughter now that the reality star is engulfed in a sex scandal that has reportedly damaged his marriage to Sandra Bullock. TMZ is reporting that Janine Lindemulder has filed legal papers in the ongoing custody case regarding six-year-old Sunny.

The child currently lives with James and Bullock, who has embraced her role as step-mother to her husband's three children. James was granted full custody of Sunny after Lindemulder, a former porn actress, was convicted and jailed for tax evasion last year. She currently lives in an Oregon halfway house.

According to TMZ, Lindemulder has not sought to regain custody until now because Bullock was seen as a "stabilizing family influence." However, with trouble brewing in the James-Bullock household, Lindemulder believes a judge may side with her.

Bullock moved out of the couple's home a week ago -- just as reports of her husband's infidelity hit tabloids.

Lindemulder's court date is set for June 14.

Meanwhile, we are reporting exclusively that James' alleged other woman, Michelle "Bombshell" McGee, is angling to sell more of her story to the media.

"Initially, McGee sold her original story to InTouch magazine for $30,000," a magazine insider reveals, "and is now looking to make even more money by pitching additional scandalous information, including X-rated photographs, more texted messages and intimate details about what Sandra's husband likes to do in bed."

Janine Lindemulder is a money grubbing opportunist who only wants mom support (child support) and believes this is the best way to exploit the child via the marital strife. I could care less about Sandra or the mechanic guy but this is so typical of the greedy.

I think you are right on the mark about this porn-star mom. By the way why does she only want the 6 yr old? Sorry but I don't know the ages of the other 2 kids. Did she not make enough money from her porn movies?? Best idea yet is for Sandra to get rid of him so those 2 can get back together. He apparantly does not want a normal life with a normal person. He should crawl back under his rock.

How could you say this. A mother should have a right to raise her daughter as long as the child is being cared for properly. I clearly don't see any money grubbing here. They took her to court and won on the basis that they would provide better environment for the child, but now we know that they are not perfect either. As long as she stays away from drugs and act in a moral fashion, she should get costodial parentship of her daughter and the father get visitation, and pay child support. That's the law.

CherCher--The Ex is living in a halfway house. Do you know that is? She doesn't deserve to have the child. The courts don't take away children from the mother unless she can be proven to be unfit. She is probably looking for child support to feed her drug habit! If she were trying to get her child back she would have a job adn get out of the halfway house. She can't have a raise a kid in a halfway house--and she shouldn't!!!!

Don't think the broads have enough brains between them to conspire to "get Jesse". He's just another untrustworthy dog! 11 months of living, sleeping and looking into the eyes of his wife, all along knowing he was betraying her. I really don't understand how people do that.
