The ex-wife of Jesse James is readying a legal ploy to regain custody of the pair's daughter now that the reality star is engulfed in a sex scandal that has reportedly damaged his marriage to Sandra Bullock. TMZ is reporting that Janine Lindemulder has filed legal papers in the ongoing custody case regarding six-year-old Sunny.

The child currently lives with James and Bullock, who has embraced her role as step-mother to her husband's three children. James was granted full custody of Sunny after Lindemulder, a former porn actress, was convicted and jailed for tax evasion last year. She currently lives in an Oregon halfway house.

According to TMZ, Lindemulder has not sought to regain custody until now because Bullock was seen as a "stabilizing family influence." However, with trouble brewing in the James-Bullock household, Lindemulder believes a judge may side with her.

Bullock moved out of the couple's home a week ago -- just as reports of her husband's infidelity hit tabloids.

Lindemulder's court date is set for June 14.

Meanwhile, we are reporting exclusively that James' alleged other woman, Michelle "Bombshell" McGee, is angling to sell more of her story to the media.

"Initially, McGee sold her original story to InTouch magazine for $30,000," a magazine insider reveals, "and is now looking to make even more money by pitching additional scandalous information, including X-rated photographs, more texted messages and intimate details about what Sandra's husband likes to do in bed."

Why would Sandra Bullock want to be stuck raising someone else's kids? That is ridiculous. He is a typical pig and only thinks with his genitals. But they are HIS kids so let him worry about them.

I have always liked your strait forward personality and persona... but DUDE if you don't love your kids enough to respect their new dedicated mother and your new beautiful successful wife, then you are an imbecile. Your kids deserve better and so does your wife. You are a pathetic imbecile. I will never understand why a person can have everything any normal being could ever want and risk it all on some flighty relationship. It does not matter what line of work Politicians, Athletes, Entertainers etc. They appear to have it all and will loose it for a few moments to someone who will turn on them as soon as they can make a buck.

It is a shame that Sandra Bullock got zero time to enjoy her Oscar win which is probably the last thing on her mind at this point. How could he do this to her and I agree have an affair with a freak show. I have an all together different take on this scandal. Sandra Bullock has to assume some responsibility for her own actions. No, she didn't have the affair, but she did marry a wild tatted womanizer. I'm not critical of Jessie at all because that is who he is and his behavior is to be expected. Apparently, that behavior is what attracted Sandra to him in the first place, the old bad boy. She thought as many women do that she could just magically change her man with her wonderful goodness. I used to watch Jessie James' TV show before he even met Sandra. He was married to a porn actress and on the show he would talk about getting off work and visiting the local strip club. What did Sandra think; that he would automatically stop liking sexually wild women that porno actress are. I'm not judgemental of porno women at all or the men who marry them. They fully understand the world they live in. How could Sandra belive that Jessie James would not have the same sexual urgers he had most of his adult life. And when he acted upon them, they world is shocked. For one, I'm not shocked at all. I like both Jessie and Sandra, but they are two different people with different needs. Sandra either tries to understand Jessie's needs and allow him his sexual encounters from time to time or leave the marriage, simple as that. Once you have had that life style, it's hard to change, just ask Tiger.

My heart goes out to Sandra Bullock who has always been one very classic and giving person. I saddens me tremendously that she has been so betrayed after publicly praising her husband for being so wonderful and caring person, and to clearly state publicly how much she adores his children.

this isn't the first time he's cheated, I have a friend who's daughter was working for him, not too long after he married Sandra and he was being a horn dog then. He just didn't get caught. My friend's daughter had to quit because he wouldn't leave her alone.
