Tiger Woods: 'I've Hurt So Many People'

In his first interviews since his apology press conference, Tiger Woods talks about the extent of his infidelity.

"I made my mistakes and I've hurt so many people and so many people I have to make amends to," he says in a five-minute chat with ESPN.

"That's living a life of amends," Woods adds.

"I didn't know I was that bad," the troubled golfer explains, when asked why he didn't seek treatment for his sex-addiction before the news of his many affairs came out. Watch It

He's hopeful about his return to the sport. "I'm excited to get back and play. I'm excited to see the guys again."

"But still, I still have a lot more treatment to do. Just because I'm playing, doesn't mean I'm going to stop going to treatment," Woods continues.

In a second sit-down with Golf Channel, Tiger discussed what his father would have said to him, PEOPLE reports.

"He'd be very disappointed in me. We would have numerous long talks. And that's one of the things I miss – I miss his guidance."

he's human.the only person that should give a flying ...flying thing,is his family.like no one has ever done this before.besides "it's only sex" fun stuff. did he hurt you?

Tiger has been in control since a child. He didn't have a child hood and I think that finally caught up with him. It could have been a release of the control. He did wrong and has to do alot in his future to make up for it and it will take awhole lot of work to heal the people he has hurt. And I believe he is also hurting. Guilt can do some damage to ones self. He is a great golfer and if he really is trueful in making amends I'll keep watching him. But if he makes the mistake again as far I am concern he's out.

I am sure Woods would love to shut up, he tried to keep his life private from the very begining. The Media hounded him and his family night and day. Yes he had affairs, yes he disappointed his family and fans who thought him a better man. Some people won't be satisfied until they strip him of any dignity that he might have left and find out every detail of the affairs - down to freckels on which body part. Him, facing it all seems to be the only way he can finally get on with his professional life. I do agree, stop taking about it and play golf but I doubt the media will do that. In his case, I think it is called being "between a rock and a hard place". One choice isn't any better than the other.

it is time to leave Tiger and Elin alone. They have been picked on for over four months now. I am tired of the media driven frenzy to tell him how to make amends of his life. They want him in rehab, they want him to talk, they don't want him to talk, they want him to talk longer...on and on it goes. He owes us nothing but an exciting game of golf. Elin he owes big time.

The reporter gave a good interview but tiger answer only some of the questions and the other answer's who knows how sincere he was. Just a 5 minute interview and he is still hiding facts. What a bum...

Arrogence is a sign of a very insecure person. Tiger has this on his face, in his posture, and when he opens his mouth to speak. I pity this guy. He will always feel he is not as good as most. So,hense, the arrogence.
