Sandra Bullock helped raise Jesse James' 6-year-old daughter, Sunny, while the girl's mother, porn star Janine Lindemulder, was in jail for tax evasion. Now, despite having lost a custody battle just last December, she is renewing the fight. TMZ is reporting that Lindemulder has filed legal documents as a direct result of James' affair with tattoo model Michelle "Bombshell" McGee.But even if James slept with a Nazi fetishist, does it give a longtime porn star a decent shot at custody? For an expert opinion, PopEater chatted with J. Michael Kelly, who specializes in paternity cases in Los Angeles.
"One thing that a judge takes incredibly seriously when children are involved is pornography," Kelly says. "The judge will look at the larger moral character of both parents, but I do not think Janine Lindemulder has a chance at gaining full custody of Sunny James."

You know Chuck lots of us care, but there are also jerks like you who, if they have really nothing to say, should not waste their times with remarks. She is beloved.
Oh, I beg to differ regarding Sandra Bullock disapearing...Jessie, yeah, but not Sandra. She's a wonderful actress with many facets. She's "the girl next door", but she does have an adventureous side. I'm sure that's why she was attracted to Jessie in the first place. It's none of our business about their private lives. I do want to say that people like Jessie, with his past, get to a level of fame and wealth and feel they don't deserve it, so they do something stupid (Miss Tattoo) to get themselves back to THEIR reality. It's just a shame that people like Miss Bullock have to get hurt beyond words in the process. She really did love him, it was so obvious. My heart goes out to her......watch some of her movies Chuck, then tell me she's worth "dissapearing"...
while Chuck may be a bit blunt what he says is not all that far off the mark, Sandra is a good actress, but if she disappeared we would wonder about it for a while then move on. On a personal level she really means nothing to the vast majority of us.

If they are looking at moral character, neither parent should have custody. Jesse appears as morally bankrupt as his ex-wife.
THE PROBLEM WITH YOUR STATEMENT IS OBVIOUS. SANDRA IS NOT THE CHILDS MOTHER AT ALL. NEVER DID SHE ADOPT THIS CHILD EITHER. WHAT HAPPENS TO THESE KIDS IS NOT SANDRAS BUSINESS. IT WILL BE THE BUSINESS OF THE COURTS TO DECIDE AND IT WILL HAVE NOTHING TO DO WITH SANDRA. THIS IS BETWEEN JESSE AND HIS EX, NOT SANDRA. THE LAWS ARE THE LAWS AND JUST COZ SHE IS FAMOUS AND HAS MONEY IT DOES NOT MEAN THE COURTS WOULD EVER CONSIDER GIVING ANY CUSTODY TO HER OF JESSE JAMES KIDS. TRUST ME. SANDRA IS A NOBODY IN THIS CASE, UNFORTUNATELY. OTHERWISE, TAKE JESSE FOR ALL YOU CAN SANDRA, JUST FORGET ABOUT HIS KIDS!
I feel sorry for these children. They have irresponsible parents who are only thinking of themselves and aren't mature enough to raise children. There is probably irrepretable damage from these parents. Can you imagine what it must be like to go to school and hear your classmates talking about your porn mother, cheating father and his nasty girlfriend? Horrible! I think the judge should give temporary custody to Sandra Bullock. At least she could provide a stable, loving home and the counseling they are going to need. If the parents can clean up their act, then maybe give them another shot, but more than likey they will continue their dysfunctional behavior. People usually don't get better, they get worse!
They all have a little dog in them and will cheat if they think they can do it without getting caught

First of all; what was Sondra thinking? Another women attracted to the "bad boy" image; only to be disappointed. Same old story. Meanwhile; they all wonder; why cant I meet a "nice guy". The nice guys are all around! I hear this same story over and over from women; but the problem is: they find the nice guys "boring"; so they get passed by; and instead; they rather have the "thrill" and then get the shaft when their bad boy does what he does best; be bad! I guess the point is; youre getting what you deserve!

This really is a NO Brainer! This is nothing more than simple, but expertly choreographed I must say, PAY BACK! Bullock, I'm sure with good intentions, took up arms against James' ex during their custody battle and helped him get full custody of their children. In retaliation, James' ex got her stripper/tattoo board friend to approach James as soon as Bullock left town, with tips and tricks on how to get him to drop his trousers. James was nothing but an easily manipulated pawn. Bullock was the target and the victim.

sandra broke my heart when she married james anyway........now I may hv another chance........only want her mind, body and soul. Not the money because I have been broke all my life and do not want to lose my circle of broke friends........lol.
