Kelly Osbourne was all smiles as she arrives at London's Heathrow airport, despite her recent injury which left her with a fractured elbow. "It is hands down the most painful injury I have ever had!" Osbourne wrote on Twitter. "To cut a long story short, I was trying to stop the dogs from fighting at my mum's and managed to fracture my radial head." Ouch!While she mends her wounds, Osbourne has a lot to look forward to, including joining 'Dr. Phil' as a special contributor, beginning on Wednesday, March 24. In her first assignment, she will join a panel in a discussion about prescription drug use in Hollywood and its effects on teens, ET reports.

Considering that she has an absolute drug head for a father and a mouth for a mother she has done well for herself, abandoning her father's bad habits whilst still young and developing her own personality to the point of public endearment.
