Jesse James Once Accused of Sexual Harassment

A former employee of West Coast Chopper filed a lawsuit against Jesse James back in April of 2000, accusing her boss of sexual harassment, PEOPLE reports.

In the lawsuit, Deann McClung claimed that her boss made "sexually offensive contact with her breasts" and "did cause [her] to have sexually offensive contact with his sexual organ."

James then counter-sued McClung for fraud. In May of 2001, a judge dismissed both cases.

A lawyer told PEOPLE that a settlement was likely reached.

"It is unfortunate but many times despite the total lack of merit it becomes more expedient just to resolve the matter as opposed to going through the process. I believe that is what happened in that particular situation," a lawyer for the 'Monster Garage' star, who did not represent him at the time, says.

James is currently in the middle of an infidelity scandal. Four women have stepped forward claiming they had an affair with him. He is married to Oscar-winner Sandra Bullock.

Well, JJ did a great job of hood winking Sandra Bullock and making an a** out of her on a global scale. He must feel very proud of himself right now for destroying a beautiful marriage and putting his kid's happiness on the back burner. Some kind of father he is.
