Doctors Briefly Revived Michael Jackson, Lawsuit Says
Michael Jackson miraculously established cardiac rhythm in the Los Angeles hospital and didn't need to die, according to startling new claims being made in a shocking 13-page lawsuit filed by the late King Of Pop's father, Joe Jackson, against doctor Conrad Murray.
The Jackson patriarch claims that his son would still be alive today if he had arrived at the hospital sooner and Dr. Conrad Murray -- who has been charged with manslaughter in relation to Jackson's death -- had come clean about injecting the music legend with the powerful anesthesia propofol.
The lawsuit was first revealed by Britain's
News of the World, and states that medics managed to restart Michael's heart a full hour after he "flat-lined" following his cardiac arrest last June. Jackson's very weak pulse was sustained for ten minutes before the pop superstar faded.
"This evidence is damning," Joe Jackson told News of the Word. "They should lock him up and throw away the key. It's disgusting what happened here," he said referring to Murray.
A report by the hospital doctor who worked on Jackson, Dr Cooper, filed one day after Jackson's death shows that Murray did not tell her about the daily propofol injections Michael was receiving.
Among the most damning parts of the new lawsuit is the confirmation that bodyguard Alberto Alvarez was told to hide the propofol bottles before calling paramedics.
Dr. Murray has not yet responded to the new lawsuit. In a
report filed by TMZ on Sunday, Murray reportedly still believes he is innocent in the case, and has not apologized to the Jackson family.
"I want justice for my son, that's all I want, justice," Joe Jackson told PopEater after news of the lawsuit broke. "There's a hearing for Dr. Murray in April, and I will be going. Dr. Murray needs to talk, and tell everything he knows. All I want is justice for my son's death."

Murry will probably spend time in prison and loose his license !But in reality he probably saved the next victim of that monster. The only thing that turned my stomach more than than Jackson was the system that let him get away with what he did to all those boys. Justice has away carrying on all by itself
What is disgusting is that this person that Michael Jackson feared and shunned so much that he left him not one cent, is trying to get revenge for the loss of his meal ticket. Joe Jackson is the lowest life form, an abusive parent. Had he not made MJ such a basket case, he might have been able to sleep without assistance.

michael didn't shunn his father, so what if he left him nothing he gave money to his mother and had her give him some.

I think that they should have Dr. Murray put under the jail, and not have him walking around like nothing has happened. He is the epitamy of slime, and if he were something on the bottom of my shoe, I would scrape him off, and put it right in his face. You can quote me too!!! Sparkle.

Murray should be shot dead and never mentioned ever again. The mentioning of him should be banned. I hate his guts. Someone should throw him in a bucket of acid and dissolve him, never mentioning him again.
Joe Jackson should sue everyone involved. Michael was his son, Michael loved his father and his father loved him the best he could. Michael was NOT a basket case. He was a very intelligent, gifted, loving and giving Man, Son and Father. Had it not been for Joe Jackson there would NEVER had been a such think as the Jackson 5. Joe made mistakes and Michael forgave him for that, remember he didn't leave any of his siblings in his will either doesn't mean he didn't love them.
R.I.P. Prince Charming. Will always love you.

you said it all i still say though put dr.murder in the prison with the jackson dancers [prisoners] and let them take care of him
Paula - Way to go! I love it, and agree 100 million percent.
Murray is a medical pimp!

Do you really know whata pimp is ? I doubt even Joe Jackson would stoop that low.. yes he was to hard on his kids but they became famous because of it. Go look up what a pimp is.
I understand everyone being upset with the doctor, but, Michael Jackson made the choice to use drugs. He had been using this for quite some time.
That's what happens when people make the wrong choices, and that is in every instance of life. WE CHOOSE LIFE OR DEATH, WITH THE WORDS WE SPEAK.
Think, and choose carefully the words you say. Curses or Blessings.
I do believe the doctor was trying to cover up the fact though. He didn't want to be the one caught giving Michael the meds.

And Delores Dr.Murray made a decision to be greedy instead of ethical. He was reckless and everyone in the medical profession is aware of what HIS choice ended in. The death of a unique talented super star. Dr. Murray needs to be held accountable for administering that drug in an environment that would not facilitate resucitation. The man is a physician. He knew the risk involved in doing what HE was doing. You do realize that no medical professional in their right mind would knowingly be so arrogant as to put their patient at risk for death by administering that specific drug without the equipment to revive/resucitate being available?
This doctor also KNEW that Michael had been using a lot of drugs for years. He was hired by Michael to help him with this problem and its causes. The doctor's job was to make certain MJ was safe, and to help him sleep. IF people could just demand the drug they want from any doctor, everyone with money would be an addict. This doctor ALSO, HOWEVER, knew that when things went wrong,on that night, he had an obligation to his patient to try to save his life, and to give ALL INFORMATION TO THE MEDICS WHO CAME, WHICH THEY MIGHT NEED TO SAVE HIS LIFE. He didn't do that, and he, in fact, told MJ's body guard to "HIDE THE MEDICATION" which kept the medics from knowing what happened and from being able to administer the most appropriate treatment to save his life. That to me means, he was "deliberately" and "KNOWINGLY" PREVENTED MICHAEL FROM GETTING HELP, AND THEREBY CAUSED HIS DEATH.
O so Michaels fault huh ? Does that mean if I wanted to shoot myself or someone else i should go up to a police officer and beg for his gun and it would be my fault he gave it to me ? People in these positions have a duty to stay inside the law and an ethical duty to turn you down plain and simple !!!!!!!!!
Delores - Death ruled a homicide. QUACK took WRONG course for bucks. WRONG!
it is so ridiculous to think that MJ could be alive today after alledgedly being pulseless for an hour. He would either have been brain dead or vegetative. This however does not lessen the Ahole Doctor's resposibility. Who ever heard of daily injection of propofol? It is an anesthetic fo GOD's sake. Patients need close monitioring which was not being done. An ambu bag and breathig tube should have been available. I am curious what Murphy was doing for admin route. It is suppose to be given IV. Was MJ getting an IV every night. Or mas he getting the Propofol as a regular shot. Way outside standard practice. Murphy IS guilty as charged. And it makes no difference if MJ was a druggie. Murphy did not have to provide the drug. That is like saying a person is going to stab himself so I might as well do it! Nutsy argument there folks.
