Doctors Briefly Revived Michael Jackson, Lawsuit Says

Michael Jackson miraculously established cardiac rhythm in the Los Angeles hospital and didn't need to die, according to startling new claims being made in a shocking 13-page lawsuit filed by the late King Of Pop's father, Joe Jackson, against doctor Conrad Murray.

The Jackson patriarch claims that his son would still be alive today if he had arrived at the hospital sooner and Dr. Conrad Murray -- who has been charged with manslaughter in relation to Jackson's death -- had come clean about injecting the music legend with the powerful anesthesia propofol.

The lawsuit was first revealed by Britain's News of the World, and states that medics managed to restart Michael's heart a full hour after he "flat-lined" following his cardiac arrest last June. Jackson's very weak pulse was sustained for ten minutes before the pop superstar faded.

"This evidence is damning," Joe Jackson told News of the Word. "They should lock him up and throw away the key. It's disgusting what happened here," he said referring to Murray.

A report by the hospital doctor who worked on Jackson, Dr Cooper, filed one day after Jackson's death shows that Murray did not tell her about the daily propofol injections Michael was receiving.

Among the most damning parts of the new lawsuit is the confirmation that bodyguard Alberto Alvarez was told to hide the propofol bottles before calling paramedics.

Dr. Murray has not yet responded to the new lawsuit. In a report filed by TMZ on Sunday, Murray reportedly still believes he is innocent in the case, and has not apologized to the Jackson family.

"I want justice for my son, that's all I want, justice," Joe Jackson told PopEater after news of the lawsuit broke. "There's a hearing for Dr. Murray in April, and I will be going. Dr. Murray needs to talk, and tell everything he knows. All I want is justice for my son's death."

The JACKSON Family speaks LOUDLY!.... but where were they when Michael needed them the most. Talk all you want, but the Family knew what was going on. Where were they when they should have been speaking out sooner, and not after the facts have been revealed. The doctor is at fault - YES... but Michael is at fault too for wanting drugs for his body, when it was his mind that needed help. The doctor was doing what he was being paid to do by Michael, so in my book it's an "assisted suicide" !

Thanks for saying what should be said! I watched the ill-fated, now cancelled "Jacksons'" show and could NOT believe none of them had a clue--NOT ONE! I hope you read the letter from this other "fan" denying Michael was in serious trouble. I was in utter disbelief at this persons' ridiculous ideas Michael had no problem. How sad we lost this gem of a talent far too soon. It is just a shame!

dr. murray is guilty. he will be remembered as the louse that killed the king of pop. we will miss michael joseph jackson. he didnt have to die. im almost wondering if this wasnt a plot!!!! shame on dr murray, i hope he get what he deserve.

Jacksons should speak loudly. King is their dead relative. Janet has stated family tried to intervene, Michael understood done out of love. Let Jacksons handle THEIR affairs. Love and support them. Molestation is PROVEN bullsheet. World in mourning. Terrific loss to humanity, music industry. We love you Michael, R.I.P. One day you will be greatest selling recording artist in HIStory. Will also one day be fully, and FINALLY vindicated.

Jacksons reality series ill fated in no fashion. Episodes concluded. Certain A&E, fans demand more. Plenty love for Jacksons. Worldwide.

Quack should have license burned at stake. Then made to self administer same lethal dose. Tar and feathered. Fans should then be allowed to monitor vitals.

This is sad but this Doctor Killed his patient. he didn't follow safety or normal control with this very powerful drug. They are many drugs that help people sleep their had to be one that was not as dangerous as the one that he used on MJ . He needs to face the music for what he did. Make him an example to all other Doctors that doing the very same thing he can't be the only one.
Bust thing wide open and make an example of all Medical professionals that abuse thier postions.
