George Lopez Comforts His Pal Sandra Bullock

George Lopez has got his friend Sandra Bullock's back!

The longtime friend was at Bullock's side on Saturday. After the meeting, he reported that she's "doing great."

"I went to her house after the Kids' Choice Awards," Lopez said on Thursday to Radaronline.com. "I sat with her."

Bullock was a noticeable no-show at the popular awards show. In the wake of reports of her husband's alleged infidelities, she has canceled numerous public appearances.

But Lopez was by her side after the show. "We love her," he told the Web site. Lopez spoke during the unveiling of his wax figure at Madame Tussauds Hollywood

Bullock was one of the first producers, if not the driving force, behind Lopez's first sitcom, 'The George Lopez Show.' The two have been friends ever since. In November 2009, Bullock appeared on Lopez's late night show with a complete tough-girl makeover.

On the further bright side for Bullock, Us magazine reports that more than 3 million copies of 'The Blind Side' have been sold since its March 23 release, making it the top-selling DVD this week.

I wish the J.James story would go away, and take TIger Woods and the gossip devouring media with it. I'm sure Im not the only one who is sick of hearing about these two sickening people.

You are right Dottie. It's none of our business and it would be nice if the media coverage would die down. He's a slimeball...he cheated...she's humiliated...everyone feels horribly for her...we get it. Now let's move on and let them handle this private matter privately.

No Harpo! I'm not a Lesbian. It's just that I've been where Sandra has been and I know how dhe feels. I was married for 17 years to my soulmate and he had an affair with a co-worker I was devasted. He left me and my kids in 2004 for her and never looked back. I just feel Sandra can use all the friends she can get. I needed support at the time of my divorce and all I had were my teens and one freidn that would help me deal with it all and my therapist. Why would you even think I was a lesbian?

Because Harpo is an idiot that's why. A lot of people think just because you stand up for another woman or go out to lunch with another woman or go to a movie with another woman you are automatically a lesbian. You said nothing to make any intelligent person think that you were a lesbian. I wish you the best sounds like you went through hell. (and no Harpo I'm not gay)

Jesse James deserves someone like Angelina Jolie...let them sex it out with whomever, whenever...they're both souless and lack real human empathy. AJ thinks pitying someone is love...it is not. JJ has to sexualize everything to feel anything. Aj is no different. She holds her kids like she's making love to them. Its so sick.

It's so very nice that George is standing by his friend. I'm sure that he can see first hand how the public humiliation of her husband's infidelity is affecting Sandra. Too bad George didn't consider this same pain as it affected Elin Woods. I'm sure "America's sweetheart" is grateful she has not been subjected to the late show jokes that Elin has. Both of these women are victims of thier husbands bad judgement and both should be shown consideration and sympathy equally.
