Sandra Bullock Having Second Thoughts About Divorce

While Jesse James seeks treatment in rehab, Sandra Bullock is reconsidering her divorce options and believes she can save their marriage, a friend of the star tells me. Although more women keep crawling out of the woodwork, Sandra wants to stick by her man. Details about how she plans to move forward, plus why Gerald Butler is back to '300' hunk shape ... after the jump!

Sandra and Jesse's Marriage Just Needs a Tune-Up

Now that Jesse James has checked himself into rehab and finally admitted he needs to get help, sources are telling me that Sandra is having second thoughts about moving forward with her divorce.

"Sandra and Jesse have been speaking a lot, and now that he is finally taking responsibility and taking positive action, Sandra is thinking about giving him a second chance," a friend of the actress tells me. "Jesse is in really bad shape and she's not the sort of girl to kick a dog when he's down. At the very least, you can expect Sandra to put the divorce on hold until after he gets treatment."

And before you go judging Sandra's decision, remember no one really knows what goes on in another person's marriage -- and the same goes for Elin Nordegren, the wife of Tiger Woods. As Sandra's friend tells me, "a marriage is sacred and something worth trying to save."

Gerard Butler Losing Weight ... for Jennifer Aniston?

Although Jennifer Aniston and Gerald Butler have both denied romance rumors, a source tells me things are really heating up between the pair.

"How could they resist each other when visiting Paris, the city of love," an insider tells me. "They have been spending so much time together in foreign cities promoting 'The Bounty Hunter' that it was inevitable that they would get very close."

However, time will tell if the new couple keeps on going once they return home to Los Angeles.

Luckily for us, the slighty chubby Gerard, while trying to impress Jen, has been transformed back into the '300' hunk. Yes, please!

'Ugly Betty' may have been canceled, but America Ferrera (sans sweater vests and mismatched skirts) is keeping busy with charity work. On April 12, she'll be hosting an art auction in New York with all the proceeds going to a school she's building in Mali with Save the Children.

Mali is one of the poorest countries in the world with nearly 800,000 children unable to attend school and get a good education.

The story on Sandra Bullock and Jesse James must be an April Fools joke, I can't believe she would seriously consider taking him back. Her friend quoted in the article said not to judge her and that marriage is sacred and worth saving... too bad Jesse didn't consider their marriage "sacred" before he cheated with multiple women.

I had hoped she would divorce and not look back. I do admire her all the more for knowing marriage is sacred and there are kids involved. If she thinks it's at least worth a shot for a second try, I wish her the best. What a gal!

I dunno... there is a HUGE difference between Tiger and Jesse. Jesse is definitely from the bottom... and fell from there. Tiger fell from the top so can go back up with dedication. Elin actually has a prize. I'd speculate that Sandra can do SOOOOO much better than Jesse (Probably doesn't feel it) and his troubled life. Maybe she thinks he's a rescued dog that can be rehabbed. I think he'll always be an overly tattooed grease monkey trailer trash with a penchant for bad girls that are even worse than he. You can take a boy out of the country, but you can't take the country out of the boy (very easily). Just wait it out Sandra until the ether wears off and you can make a good decision. You deserve better.

I find it amusing these celebs get busted with their pants down (multiple times) and suddenly they need "sex rehab." Changes it from culpability to "I have a disease, I can't help it." PUH-LEAZE! LMAO

Who would have thought Sandra would even think about going back with that slob? Maybe she likes being brought down to his and those trashy women's level? Just imagine how duped she must feel after her glorious to him on Oscar night. I, for one, hope she doesn't take this creep back!!

I guess that some women are drawn to total losers. A head shrink would probably suggest that it might be the result of a lack of self worthyness and that he is the best that she deserves.

I've known three women, two very close, who have gotten into quite similar relationships. None of them lasted, even after the second and third opportunities for redemption. One snowballed into abuse and it took a breakdown for my own best friend to end her broken marriage. Sadly, the warning signs were there long before she walked down the aisle but she felt she needed to 'change it up a bit', in her words. As for Sandra, giving this creep another chance would only add needless stress to her life...spending so much wasted time wondering if and when he'll cheat again. I'd tell her to stop and THINK: he already had his SECOND CHANCE after he cheated the first time. He could have stopped then. It would seem he's on his fifth or sixth chance by now. Do not live your life in doubt with a man who disrespects you so casually.

I agree, Sandra should be having "rehab" of her own--intense counselling and perhaps voluntary incarceration in a hospital for emotionally damaged people.
Perhaps no movie stars or celebrities should ever be married, as they can't take the pressure of "godhead" and then end up unwinding by having a little on the side lol.

You don't know what goes on inside a marriage, but one also does not know what goes on in an individual's head. Sandra certainly expressed her love for Jesse at the Oscars & that doesn't go away over night. That is the reason she must do what she feels inside is best for her & not what someone tells her to do (including Jesse). He needs to do the same. In spite of his senseless behavior with the characters he was involved with I believe he truly loves Sandra. Ultimately it is her decision on what direction to go. Allow her the privacy to do what she has to do as it is no business of our. It's a private matter......celebrity or not.

Yes Joyce, but Sandra's joy, we now know, was based mostly on a huge fabrication about who Jesse really is. He's not authentic at all. This guy doesn't have enough good qualities to build an enduring relationship. If Sandra is listening to men's advice, it would be a shame because they have no idea how women love (the internal stuff) So... the HEALTHY CHOICE would be for her to get to work on herself, healing, and making better choices in the future.

I do not think any of us ,Has the right to say any thing about anyones life do we live in their house with them Are we their friend, Why should we say stay or go I think that is up to them.If I say she should hang in there and give him time to heal and her also.If you love someone it is hard to just pick up and leave and never look back. I know she will do the right think.
