Sandra Bullock Having Second Thoughts About Divorce

While Jesse James seeks treatment in rehab, Sandra Bullock is reconsidering her divorce options and believes she can save their marriage, a friend of the star tells me. Although more women keep crawling out of the woodwork, Sandra wants to stick by her man. Details about how she plans to move forward, plus why Gerald Butler is back to '300' hunk shape ... after the jump!

Sandra and Jesse's Marriage Just Needs a Tune-Up

Now that Jesse James has checked himself into rehab and finally admitted he needs to get help, sources are telling me that Sandra is having second thoughts about moving forward with her divorce.

"Sandra and Jesse have been speaking a lot, and now that he is finally taking responsibility and taking positive action, Sandra is thinking about giving him a second chance," a friend of the actress tells me. "Jesse is in really bad shape and she's not the sort of girl to kick a dog when he's down. At the very least, you can expect Sandra to put the divorce on hold until after he gets treatment."

And before you go judging Sandra's decision, remember no one really knows what goes on in another person's marriage -- and the same goes for Elin Nordegren, the wife of Tiger Woods. As Sandra's friend tells me, "a marriage is sacred and something worth trying to save."

Gerard Butler Losing Weight ... for Jennifer Aniston?

Although Jennifer Aniston and Gerald Butler have both denied romance rumors, a source tells me things are really heating up between the pair.

"How could they resist each other when visiting Paris, the city of love," an insider tells me. "They have been spending so much time together in foreign cities promoting 'The Bounty Hunter' that it was inevitable that they would get very close."

However, time will tell if the new couple keeps on going once they return home to Los Angeles.

Luckily for us, the slighty chubby Gerard, while trying to impress Jen, has been transformed back into the '300' hunk. Yes, please!

Help Ugly Betty Build a School

'Ugly Betty' may have been canceled, but America Ferrera (sans sweater vests and mismatched skirts) is keeping busy with charity work. On April 12, she'll be hosting an art auction in New York with all the proceeds going to a school she's building in Mali with Save the Children.

Mali is one of the poorest countries in the world with nearly 800,000 children unable to attend school and get a good education.

I never said she was a Queen, it's just if Sandra takes Jesse back he needs to walk on egg shells around her. She needs to make the righ decision for herself. She probably still loves the guy very much and wants to forgive him and forget. Most likely this isn't going to happen. I hope she walks away from the whole thing, it would be in her best interest, except for the fact that she will miss the children.

I can't believe Sandra is considering giving him another chance. WHY?? She can have her pick of better men. This guy has cheated on every woman he has been with. It is very, very hard to change people. He seems like a selfish pig. To get someone like to care more about their spouse then themselves is going to be a huge uphill battle. Like others said, we don't know everything that goes on inside their marriage, but I think a big reason Sandra wants to work it out is because of Jesse's kids. I wish her luck! She seems like a good person who deserves alot better than Jesse James.

It's NONE of our business! There's more to this than wounded pride and humiliation, and I feel so bad that Sandra Bullock would have to suffer such feelings, as she seems like a genuinely good person. However; this is a family that is being torn apart. Staying with Jesse James to be able to maintain a family for her step kids shows what a great human being Sandra is, and her willingness to sacrafice and put the kids first should be applauded.
Let's pray for their marriage to succeed!

This current REHAB stunt is a pathetic joke......guys like this NEVER change.....In Sandra's best interest DIVORCE is the only wise option.....as well as a round of blood tests for you know what.....she can do so much better and should move on with her life......however visitation with the kids is a good idea considering the bond and stability they have with her......these children won't stand a chance of learning good moral values with the pathetic biological parents they have......yuck.....

I don't know why people would be surprised with this information.

Sandra Bullock wake up. The fact that he has an ex-wife in jail and the fact that he is attracted to tattoos, should be big red flags. Those desires do not go away. It is what he is attracted to. I watched him on Apprentice, so yes he can be charming, but people that hurt people do so only because they can charm them into trusting. You give him a sense of power and though he feels broken now, he WILL go back to his cheating as soon as he gets his mojo back.
