"During my prison stint, I want my fans to know I love you. I want all of you to know that I appreciate all the mail I get, and this is my way of saying thank you," Weezy writes. Although he's behind bars for another -- hold on, let us check the countdown on his site -- 212 days, 11 hours, 29 minutes and 35 seconds, the always-prolific hip-hop star writes he'll blog weekly, answering as many letters from fans as possible.

Hopefully it's true, as Weezy's claim he'll soon begin blogging for ESPN is apparently inaccurate. "We have no plans for Lil Wayne to blog for us at this time," Gary Belsky, editor-in-chief of ESPN The Magazine, told the Associated Press.
