Legendary actress Jane Fonda feels great about her appearance, but admits she's "not proud" that she gave in to pressure to have plastic surgery. Fonda swore she'd had enough work done in 2000 -- and according to the Huffington Post, Fonda told Larry King on Monday night, "If I was really brave, I would have not. I vowed I wouldn't -- I did, and I don't feel proud of it." WATCH:Fonda has been upfront about her recent surgeries, posting on her own blog in February: "This year I got tired of not looking like how I feel and I wanted a more refined chin line like I used to have, so I changed my mind. I'm still a little swollen but not much and what pleases me is that I won't looked pulled or weird... or tired all the time ... I wish I'd been brave enough to not do anything but, instead, I chose to be a somewhat more glamorous grandma."
Fonda, 72, told King that she purposely left some of her wrinkles alone, for a more natural look. "I like my crow's feet and I like my little laugh lines. It was just the little jowls away, that's all.
"I didn't want to lie about it. I'm writing a book about getting older, so I had to admit it," she said. "I feel so good. I'm so happy."

Hanoi Jane has apologized many times over the years to veteran groups and they refuse to accept her apology. She is a traitor. It is a shame that she was a beautiful, intelligent and talented woman and didn't have sense enough not to betray her country.
Jane Fonda, what a joke. She has so many faces, remember Vietnam? Her disrespect for our military. Soldiers handing her notes which she gave to the enemy while the soldiers suffered. All true.

Jane Fonda did not hand notes to the enemy, it is just an embellishment on her actions in Viet Nam. That said, she is still a traitor and her face should have never been allowed on another movie or television screen when she got back to the United States! I have absolutely no respect for the woman.
She still Hanoi Jane the traitor!

Oh please, get over Vietnam.Or better said don't let it out on Hanoi Jane. It's so ridiculous.
Do you react this way, because on a subconscious level you know that you all were victims? Even you had won the war, mind you! All those who died, were mutilated and traumatised.
You've got that straight, she's always been a phoney, spoiled brat! Lest we forget her Vietnamese name, Hanoi Jane.....what a piece of work.

She should have been jailed - and would have too, if she lived in a country OTHER than the U.S. What she did during the Viet Nam War was abominable and UNforgivable. I despise her and all those like her.
I am not proud of Jane either !!!!!

I'm not a huge Jane fan, but I think she looks awesome ... especially considering she is 72!!! And I think if we were all millionaires... there would be a lot more of us going under the knife!!

And hopefully going to Jane's plastic surgeon and not Joan Rivers or Michael Jackson's butchers.
you said that she looks AWESOME......are you crazy?Did you notice the wrinkles by the sides of her eyes? She looks Brutta.Italian for ugly.
Does anybody really give a crap what Jane Fonda looks like...except maybe Hanoi Jane herself? And does it really matter? She's so plastic, anyway.

Keyword there is "looks'" and looks can be very deceiving, as we all know in this case.
Jane Fonda should be sorry she went to North Vietnam years ago as well and acted like a traitor to her country. She is trying to deny things now but I notice Fox news had a photo of her from the 60's sitting near an anti aircraft gun in N. Vietnam!!!!

ODD. BY NOW MOST PEOPLE KNOW THAT THE REAL ENEMY WAS THE GROUP OF PEOPLE WHO GOT US INTO THE VIET NAM WAR NOT THE PEOPLE WHO TRIED TO GET US OUT BUT JANE FONDA HAS PERSISTED AS THE SCAPEGOAT FOR THOSE WHO WERE SEDUCED BY THOSE MASTERMINDING THIS CONFLICT. SHE REMAINS AS THIS FIGUREHEAD FOR THAT GROUP WHO CANNOT EVEN TODAY ADMIT THEY WERE TRICKED INTO SUPPORTING A WAR THAT KILLED MILLIONS ON BOTH SIDES. THESE SAME PEOPLE CHEERED WHEN COCA COLA BUILT IT'S FIRST BOTTLING PLANT IN SOUTH VIET NAM. ESPECIALLY IN RECENT YEARS I WONDER IF THE "UNITED" IN OUR NATIONS NAME SHOULDN'T BE ALTERED TO "KIND OF DIVIDED".

Scapegoat or not...did she have to betray the individual POW's by giving their notes to the enemy? She was betraying individuals...not figureheads...not a government. I was opposed to the war, too, but not those involuntarily involved. What good did that achieve?
You're either a moron for not being able to find the Caps Lock key or too stupid to realize that Hanoi Jane is known as such because she called the POWs liars to their faces regarding their hellish treatment and handed their letters over to guards. To this day she has never really apologized (she has said she is 'sorry if anyone feels hurt' by her actions, which is not an apology. Plenty of people expressed their dissatisfaction regarding that war who are not traitors. She is a traitor and a hypocrite. She and her two tight faces can burn in hell.
Hey skidmark. Please get a clue.they are having a sale on them at Wal-mart!!
Your statements are somewhat false and misleading. First Jane did not just oppose the war she got in bed with the NVA. She aided the North Vietnamese and advocated killing americans. I have no problem with opposing views, she went beyond just speaking out againest the war. She gave notes from americans to the NVA and advocated killing americans in Viet Nam. She is a dog and needs to be in prison.
Thank you. At last, someone with sense. Yes, Jane Fonda was totally wrong in her actions re Viet Nam. She did not get us into the war. Look around you, folks, we're always in danger of getting led down the primrose path by politicians. Anybody tuned into today's news? Watching "In Memoriam" on This Week on Sunday mornings? This wouldn't & shouldn't be happening if not for Washington.
