Kevin Federline Apologizes to Shar Jackson on 'Celebrity Fit Club'

During an emotional episode of 'Celebrity Fit Club,' Kevin Federline finally apologized to Shar Jackson for cheating and leaving her to be with Britney Spears.

"I know I've caused you a lot of pain. I've been selfish. I guess I got so wrapped up in all this other s**t that I never really sat back and got the chance to apologize to you," Federline started. "I am sorry."

Crying, Jackson opens up about how she felt when Federline ditched her and their two children. "I felt like the whole relationship was not real because of the way you handled it... It killed me," Jackson admits.

"That wasn't it at all," Federline said. "I got caught up in my own selfishness. When you are in a moment like that, you don't think about anybody else... It has been a wild ride the last few years, and I'm sorry that you got a big end of that stick," Federline said.

Eventually, the two hug and make-up. "That meant the world to me," Jackson said. "Thank you."

Right on! I was just going to say it's about time he apologized to that poor girl for ditching her the way he did for skank-a-licious! Bravo Kevin for showing the 'Regular People' you can be a real man and own up!

Um yeah ok but if you are truly wanting to now be considered a man- and a grown up - to the Mother of your ( two!! ) first born kids then how about not using the s%%t word in this apology and stop with the exagerated use of " me " and " I "! ( It only serves to show you are still selfish ) A nice sample follows here- " You were so wonderful and tried so hard in so many ways. You didn't deserve anything you went through due to my immaturity-Please forgive me " Get it? Only two refrences to yourself and both followed by humble words admitting the blame you claim to be reflecting now.

watching the finale, that almost brought me to tears and i have no clue why. i knew the media made Kevin look like a jerk. i mean yes, he DID take a long time to apologize but its nice that he finally did it =]

Doesn't matter what brought it on but because he did say he was sorry to this woman that he screwed over and their kids is more then I expected out of him. Maybe there's hope for some others who need to man up and do the right thing.

Oh my goodness I agree. I love the show but was so sick of every episode having some spot for the Shar/Federline crap. Glad he apologized if that's what she needed but for heavens sake the man moved on ions ago & even had a video clip of his new girlfriend on the show. Please Shar let this be the needed ticket to move on. Also was it just me or did you hate that outfit she wore. The other ladies all looked wonderful even Tenesha & Shar.. well... I'm so glad that he finally apologized. You could tell that she was so in love with her and for him to own up to what he did takes a real man, and I think he has finally grown up and realized that.

People forget how extremely pretty Shar was on the show "Moisha" and how handsome and sexy Kevin was as a back up dancer. She got him at his best and most honest.

Brittany got him used, confused and a player. She got sloppy seconds. She should have respected their relationship, which is why this one blew up in her face.

Kevin is a mean and cruel man. He slaughtered BOTH girls, Britney and Shar. He drove them both into a wall and left them there and I'm not fully convinced hes sorry for anything he's done. I dont think hes paid for everything either, but I have one thing to say to you Kevin, Karma is a B*tch.
But we all KNOW you would not be where you are today without Britney Spears or Shar's help.
