Michael Jackson's Kids May Be Forced To Testify

Although Dr. Conrad Murray, who faces a manslaughter charge in Michael Jackson's death, will stand by his argument that Jackson himself administered the fatal dose of Propofol, sources close to Jackson's family tell me his three children are preparing to testify against him. Will Michael Jackson's Kids Be Forced to Testify?

Sources close to Michael Jackson's family are telling me that at least one of his three children -- Paris, Prince or Blanket -- is getting prepared to testify in the case against there father's doctor, Conrad Murray.

"The Jackson family wants to do what's best for Michael's children and understand how traumatic it would be for them to take the stand. However, they honestly believe that Dr. Murray is to be blamed for the Michael's death, and they believe that what the children saw the day he died will prove it," an insider tells me.

The innocence or guilt of Dr. Murray isn't the only thing at stake though. A music insider explains, "Michael's legacy is on the line and millions and millions of dollars. If the choice is between that and upsetting the children, I know which one is going to win."

I fear we do too!

Tiger Woods Receiving Buddhist Prayers Via Blackberry

To make sure Tiger Woods never again strays away from his moral compass, the golfer has started reading Buddhist prayers each day on his Blackberry, an insider tells me.

"He is totally committed to making himself a better man, and if reading prayers on his blackberry every day helps, then good for him," a friend of the golfer tells me.

Tiger, who is a Buddhist, is taking his faith a step further and has ordered a private peaceful room at The Masters, where he can meditate every day. "He is making ever effort to make sure temptation does not make him stray again. The meditation room and Blackberry prayers are just the tip of the iceberg," an insider told me.

Hey, it's certainly an improvement over what Tiger has used that Blackberry for in the past.

Michael's children has been through enough drama. Now, for them to have to go to court and testify, is just going to renew the pain, all over again. I doubt that Mike would do any type of drugs in the presence of his children. He was more respectful than that. Someone is making some terrible decisions, about this hearing, considering that the Doctor has already been charged with his death. In the end, some of these decisions will do more harm than good.

Why is it necessary for Michael's Ex Wives to testify? He had been divorced for over a decade, and one of these women helped to destroy Mike, emotionally. Now, out of desperation, she is being asked to testify? Why? So she can continue to slander him? Whoever is making these decisions will end up hurting Michael instead of helping him. It appears that these decisions are being motivated by money. All of this is totally uncalled for, since Michael died from the medicine that Dr. Murray gave him, and the Doctor has already admitted to giving it to him. This whole issue of trying to get the Dr. charged with Murder, is going to backfire. I understand the pain of losing Michael, but the decisions that are being made will do more harm than good, especially to Mikes children. Honestly, Michael would not approve of what is going on, here.

Well, you have to think of it this way. If the children/child witnessed something it is going to be on their mind anyway. Maybe and I say maybe (because I don't know the children personally to know their vulnerability) it might help them to heal thinking they had a part in bringing justice to their Dad in the long run. Maybe if they don't it could haunt them in the future. This way they can have peace knowing they did what they could. I don't know.

The children should take the stand in their father's behalf. I am sure they will be glad to help put the Good Dr. where he belongs. His greed made him kill Michael, now he must pay for it. If you know that what your patient is asking if you is wrong, then you walk. If you are the doctor you give the orders, not the other way around. I MISS MICHAEL.

i think the doctor should be in jail now why isn't he so what he is a so called doctor if he was a good doctor that really being one means takeing care of everyone in the same way with care by doing the right thing like a good doctor should do is by keeping poeple alive not leting them die the way poor michael did if murray was one of the good doctors michael would still be here by his kids his parents brothers sisters and fans but he not a good doctor even if he thinks he is.

I don't understand why they make this case stretch so long. The prove is there, of so called dr.
letting hospital setting to be used at home, he knew it was dangerous to do that, but yet he took
the risk to do it for his own greed, for that there is the price he should pay, because he knew it
was not safe to do so. It does not mater how much the patient wanted it, he knew the right from wrong, but he did it anyway, if he loved his patient, and was looking after the patient well being
he should have taken a different approach, if the patient still insist, then back off, because you know
you don't want to rick that person's life. For God's sake, this selfish person gambled with someone's life. Dr.s should not gamble with people's life, they should save them. This is not
like gambling money, this is something you can not bring him back. Specially someone
precious like HIM.
