So this bored, "body obsessed", do-nothing 48 year old wants to procreate with her idiot boy toy. Well, thanks for that news flash, we'll certainly be watching. Better get going, though, you'll be a grandmother before a mother again. Yawn.

jealous much?
maybe, just maybe, you'll make it to the age of 48 and be all washed up like her!! ha ha ....right!
OMG a baby? That's foolish and women that age have so much higher chance of a downs or other problem baby. PLEASE don't risk that. You had your children young. Just forget it now. You'll be 70's while it is in college IF the poor thing makes it that far.
Get a grip people. She is 48. There are people having kids at 12 and that is too young. But no one seems concerned about that. Put all your time and effort in doing something about teenage pregnancy and stop worrying about whether she is too old to have a child. At least she has the money to take care of the child if something was wrong. She also has a loving husband and they seem to be very much in love. Age is only a number. It's ok for a 25 year old woman to marry a 60-70 year old man. He didn't marry her for her money because he has his own and vice versa. I applaud her for sticking to what she wants. I had 2 children grown and married and adopted a 5 month old child at the age of 41. I wouldn't have it any other way. I am a better mother now than when I was younger. I enjoy my daughter. So worry about something worth worrying about. She is financially stable and they can provide a loving home for any child that shall be blessed to have them as parents.
Well said! She can go to the kid's high school graduation in her HoverRound.
I agreed with you 100%. The only thing left for me to say about Demi is that she is an IDIOT and she will be saying the same thing about herself in the near future.
FIRST OF ALL, I CANT BELIEVE THAT THEY GOT MARRIED, ITS RIDICULOUS. THEN SHE WANTS TO HAVE A BABY? FOR HEAVENS SAKE, SHE IS 48 AND SHE HAD HER KIDS WHILE SHE WAS YOUNG. BE THEIR MOTHER AND FORGET IT. BE SATISFIED BEING ASHTONS MOTHER.

I mean no malice to you, but "48" is not a significant number insofar as limiting a woman for childbearing. Those of us who grew "big" careers- as Ms. Moore has done- didn't have time to do all of the childbearing we might have wanted to do at the time American society "thinks" we should have done it... We really DO need to start thinking differently about age and childbearing. I would submit to you, Mary, that- if you have the professional mettle to follow your dream, i.e., go after a "big" career- you, too might have some diff's balancing work and childbearing during the supposedly "appropriate" years (i.e., before thirty, maybe?0. Bearing a planned, mutually-desired child for/with the man we love is, probably, one of the most wonderful things a woman can do. You need to step back some here, look at things from a different perspective- not only for Ms. Moore's sake, but for the rest of us and perhaps, at some point, even yourself. If you can't do THAT, remember that it's not for YOU to decide how other people are to live... again, I mean no malice to you in any of these statements...
Mary- Why is it ridiculous to marry a man you love who is an adult and not married himself?
Also, why do YOU care the age of another woman is when she wants to have a baby, unless you are being asked to support the child?
You sound quite envious.
Mary,Mary,Mary....
I am now 58 yrs old. My husband of 17 yrs, is 14 yrs and 9 months YOUNGER than I am. We have never had a fight, and are very happy. Alas, despite much effort, I have never conceived with him, and must be content with that. But my dear husband will never know the joy of being a parent.
We must remember that we cannot judge what makes others happy..even if it is not the choice we may have made. Live and let live...
First of all its HER life just like your life is yours......and she can decide what she feels is good for her and her kids. Age doesn't matter if both are mature and and make good decisions. Seems to me that their marriage has done very well so far and hes good with her kids. LOVE has no age. Mind your own business. I'm sure you wouldn't want your life posted out here for everyone to make jabs at just because they don't agree or like what your doing. Shes a nice & smart woman who lives a clean life who loves her girls and is a good Mom....and from what I see he has a good and fun side of him. You never hear of any alcohol or drug abuse just both living normal lives. I can see how that marriage would work. He keeps her young and she has no doubt matured him some. So everyone should just take a good look at their own lives which I am sure have some flaws and let the rich and famous live their lives in peace. I feel it is what it is which is none of our business!!!
please. Ok, for all those women who think 48 is just fine to have a baby......they are delusional. You make choices in life, if career is all important that's great but don't deceive yourselves into thinking you can put off mother hood when you are near menopause. Why do you think nature makes it near impossible to conceive that late in life? And then we wonder "gee look at all the twins there are"..huh huh
I remember my mother saying that women shouldn't have children after 38 because eggs are old by then and have been subjected to environmental chemicals, etc. That's the problem with marrying a younger man, but then adopting a boy would be good too. There are 1.2 million abortions a year, some women want children and others can't wait to throw them in a garbage can.

Plastic surgery? Is that why I didn't recognize Moore in the Oscar pics.

I agree. I saw her on Jay Leno last night and she has definitely had plastic surgery on her face. Whoever did it did a good job.
She's too old to have a child and she thinks she has all this time to "talk about it". Plastic surgery cannot turn back the timeclock on child-bearing.

Hey Joey, soon you will know what ED is or even worse enlarged prostate!!...ha ha ha...all dried up!!

Joey should also be aware that reputable sperm banks consider the sperm of 30+ males too weak deteriorated, so these "dried up old" donors need not apply. At the same time, these clinics serve mostly older women. He should think of that when his inevitable biological destiny forces those many trips to the bathroom toilet and medicine cabinet.
