'Clueless' Star Stacey Dash Alleges Violent Marriage

Bronx-born actress Stacey Dash charmed 'Clueless' fans in the role of high-maintenance sidekick Dionne in the 1995 comedy. Now the star is involved in a messy split. TMZ has posted documents that show Dash claims her husband was violent on multiple occasions and she obtained a restraining order the day she filed for divorce. The restraining order was signed by a judge in January and remains in effect -- Dash states in the document that Emmanuel Xuereb hit her in the face, head and body during their two-plus years of marriage.

Dash, 44, says her husband once violently pinned her down to a bed while intoxicated, threatening that it would be the worst night of her life. The actress claims she was too afraid to seek police intervention, and Xuereb is currently prohibited from any contact with Dash or her two children from a previous relationship. For the duration of the restraining order, he is required to stay 100 yards or more from Dash and her family.

The couple is due back in court in June.

She has openly stated she only knew her husband a short time before they met; and that they slept together on the first night. She seemed so proud...anyway she also said she slept with her previous 2 husbands rather quickly. Get it together girl, you're 44 years old still going through this kind of mess!

HERE WE GO AGAIN,blame the victim.What does when she became intimate with the guy have anything to do with it. There are women who have been in violent relationship for twenty years, until they find the courage and self esteem to leave, and then there are women who finally do get out of the situation, but unfortunatley its in a coffin. Think about it, thats why alot of women dont seek help.

Julie, you need an educatiion in domestic violence. It matters not when you met or how long you knew them before you married them. I have helped women who were married 20 years the first time their husbands hit them, but before that it was all mental abuse. You need to grow up. It has nothing to do with when and where ,it is in the abuser. They hide it well until it suits them to bring out the fists. SO unless you have a degree in this I suggest you sit back and prau that the person you are involved in doesnt decide to slap the living crap out of you so people can blame you because you didnt wait 20 yrs to sleep or marry him DUHHH
