Jesse James' Mistress Number 5 Provides Email Proof of Affair

Jesse James is in the doghouse and it doesn't seem like he's coming out any time soon. Merilee Gerth, a former West Coast Choppers employee, has recently outed herself as James' mistress, and has come forward with proof in the form of email correspondence.

RadarOnline.com reports that Gerth, a mother of two, was fired by James when she ended their affair, causing her to file a sexual harassment suit against her former employer.

Gerth hired Gloria Allred, who also represents James' unnamed fourth mistress, and the two settled out of court for a reported six-figure sum.

Gerth's email correspondence with James has recently been made public, including a number of sexually-charged conversations between the two. One such email from James to Gerth read, "Morning!......you look pretty Hot today......juss fyi."

"He was terrified of the emails and other evidence that she had against him. What he didn't know was that she had saved a shirt that had his DNA on it from one of their sexual encounters and that was what sunk him," a friend of Merilee's told RadarOnline.com.

"Jesse and Merilee dated for a little while years before he met Sandra, so Jess said that it was an old shirt from when they dated. But Merilee was able to prove by the design and make of the shirt that it was something current and didn't exist back when they dated," the friend added.

"I don't know if I believed Merilee that it was really sexual harassment or not. She seemed to be setting Jesse up with the shirt and all. But there were definitely days when she would cry and say that she didn't want to go to work because Jesse was going to harass her, so I don't know what to think," the source continued.

Gerth joins the ranks of Michelle 'Bombshell' McGee, Brigitte Daguerre, Melissa Smith and an anonymous woman as the other women in James life who have come forward so far.

James has allegedly admitted to having seven extramarital affairs, but hopes to reconcile with wife Sandra Bullock. Bullock has had divorce papers drawn up, but has not yet served James with them.

Jesse wasn't even respectful to these women, but then the women didn't have respect for themselves letting a married man use them. Did they all think they were loved by Jesse? And, yes, I'm beginning to wonder how he did all this without his wife's knowing something was goin' on. That 'he has my back' statement at the award's show is pityful.
