Jessica Simpson Wigs Out on Plane

Jessica Simpson and her hairstylist friend Ken Paves had some fun over the weekend, as Simpson tried on a bunch of wigs -- leading many to believe she had trimmed her long blond hair. "Stopped in West Palm and picked up my Aunt Sandy... off to Atlantic City!" Simpson wrote on Twitter. Simpson was all smiles, wearing a rather convincing, 60s-inspired wig. "Carol Brady who?" she wrote.

"Aunt Vikki came along too!" Simpson twittered later with another wig. "In flight hairdo fun!" she added.

Last week, Simpson appeared in Marie Claire without a stitch of makeup. "I don't have anything to prove anymore," Jessica told the magazine. "What other people think of me is not my business."

And on the topic of hair, she admitted to loving her hair long. "If I'm in a mood to go out and feel hot and sexy, I want long hair that I can feel on my back. But I also like bed head ... Your hair should look tousled and undone," Simpson said.

I've never believed all the hype that Jessica is a natural beauty and these pictures prove it. Sure she can look very pretty (when she's all made up and with the right hairdo), but overall, she's average looking. But then again, beauty is in the eye of the beholder.
