Tiger Woods made his big return to the green at the Masters this weekend in Augusta, playing his first tournament since the news of his sex scandal rocked his image, his marriage and the golf world. Woods finished fourth at the Masters, with Phil Mickelson taking home the coveted green jacket bestowed upon the champion. Tiger was displeased with how he played -- he called his outing "unsuccessful," golf-wise. But what did it do to his image?

Mr. Mickelson is a gentleman and wonderful family man and a great golfer. Congratulations to a winner! As for Tiger; frankly, I am over him.

I'm glad he won too-I think Tiger needs to learn a little bit more about humility. And he's taking more time off? 5 months isn't enough? Geez if I take a week off at my job I have hell to pay when I go back-oh but I'm not a legend.
Bonnie Fuller slams Tiger and then goes on to say he shouldn't take time off from golf, she wants him to get back out there and play. She, like most people want to see Tiger play. Pretty funny.
I want to see him play also. He didn't break any laws or rules of the game like so many have. His married live really isn't any of my business, nor was Michael Jordan's Magic Johnson's, Kobe Bryandt, Ali, etc. etc. etc. Not to mention president's and our other elected officals in Congress. But let's forget them, let's slam Tiger. zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz.
Phil Mickelson is a terrific golfer. Period. What do you know about his personal life? How do you know what he does off the golf course? Weren't the same things being said about Tiger one year ago? What have YOU learned?
It's about the sport of golf and nothing else.
To Carneyva and bdyftns; I never bashed Tiger. I said,"I am over him." That means I am tired of hearing about Tiger and why does anyone care just about how he did. How about, how all of them did? I congratulate the Mickelson family and wish them all the best.
We thought Tiger Woods was a gentleman and a family man so who knows...we can hear something about Phil next month.

Im tired of people making excuses for Tiger. He practiced every day for over a month with most of the greatest coaches. More days at Masters than any other golfer.. I guess the god he curses too just didnt answer.

I think Tiger is a great at golf and I think what happen in the past needs to stay in the past and let's all move forward. I would love to see Tiger win again soon. I only watch golf when Tiger plays. I hope everything works out for him and is family. Let what he did go. Just look at the sport.
