'American Idol' star Kara DioGuardi laid herself bare for the newest issue of Allure -- literally.
The judge, along with 'Grey's Anatomy' doc Jessica Capshaw, singer-songwriter Colbie Caillat and 'Entourage' hottie Emmanuelle Chriqui posed naked for the magazine.

Colbie on her younger fans: "I worried that [posing nude] might make them think I was changing somehow. I hope they think to themselves, Yeah she's showing a woman's body, and it's beautiful."

I dont really like Kara..I think she runs her mouth too much during the Idol shows and now she is taking off her clothes!? Wow, isn't she just wonderful...we can all have the utmost respect for her now. I think having Kara as a judge on AI was one of the worst mistakes they made. Because of her the show is now boring and when it's time for her to judge the contestants..I put it on mute...she just runs her mouth over and over. She is no Paula and undressing for a magazine only makes her character alot less appealing to me now that she has done this. Why in the world would her husband allow her to do such a thing. Neither one of them must have respect for the other for her to do a thing as this. This is really gona help AI now..and they talked about Paula.....

Now now people! be nice. It's not cool to be calling each other names. This message is for everyone to read. In this country you have the right to do what you want. You can do what you want but there may be consequences to your actions. What Kara did was show people that she has a nice body. Again, some people feel that they need to do this to gain attention, or self confidence. (or perhaps other reasons) Personally I wouldn't take it off for a magazine. I know who I am and don't need that type of attention nor confidence.

What's the point of doing this anyway's? I mean she has money and she's on AI so why in the heck do she feel she have to go that far for? I think it's because she thinks it will make her feel better somehow. I think she want to be know like others that have donr this but she should of kept her clothes on because it makes people look down on you for having to go that far. Anyone can pose naked and trust me someone out there will like it when other might not.

These photos are tasteful nothing wrong with showing off the body. There are a lot of prudes that are wrong and out touch and some that are jealous of Kara it is showing.

Naked or with clothes on doesn't change anything she still isn't a good judge on music. I don't care what she wrote or who she is backing. She is worse then Paula. She flirts with Simon more then Paula did and her husband is in the crowd. Give me a break.

If an attractive woman wants to pose nude, let her. There is nothing disgusting about the human body. We don't make other animals wear clothes so why do we have to force people. There is nothing wrong with kids seeing nude bodies. I've been to nudist clubs and kids there see lots of nude people there. It isn't wrong and it won't make them crazy! Nude and sex don't have to go together. Children accept nudity naturally, it is the adults that need counseling!

Kara shouldn't be kicked off. Yes AI contestants have been kicked off but Kara is a judge she isn't contestant. Do I think it is wrong for contestant to have risky photo no isn't a big deal for me it hasn't happen for while the a contestant has been kicked off the show for photos.

kara said she was fighting depression and binge eating in her 20s .She was a size 6 or 8 . now shes a 2 in other words she thinks a size 6 or 8 is fat .Im so sick of these so called celebrities and their anorexia bodies

There are tons of photos like this of celebs in publications. I don't see anything for her or the Idol show to be gained for her going nude. I don't really care for her on the Idol show. Ellen is much more entertainining all though they all say the same thing over and over again.
