Melissa and Tammy Etheridge Split After Nine Years
After nearly nine years together, Melissa and Tammy Etheridge have ended their relationship.
"Melissa and Tammy Etheridge are saddened to announce that they are now separated," Melissa's rep tells
PEOPLE.
In a statement, the couple adds, "We ask for consideration and respect for our family as we go through this difficult period."
The rocker and 'L Word' actress exchanged vows in Malibu in September 2003. While the statement from the publicist described the rocker and actress as "married," California law did not allow marriages between same-sex couples at the time. Once same-sex marriage was legally recognized in California in 2008, the two planned to wed but they never made it down the aisle.
Tammy gave birth to their children, son Miller and daughter Johnnie Rose, in 2006.
Etheridge is also mom to two other children, Bailey, 13, and Beckett, 11, with former partner Julie Cypher.

and where do u think mel gibson will put his 20th child? u know the one he left his wife of 30 YEARS of to be with that tramp and then they break up? maybe on robin's doorstep - she is raising all his other ones !

I agree that it was pretty crappy of Mel to leave his wife of 30 years...but most of his children from that marriage are adults, there is one 11 yr old, how do you know Mel isn't involved in raising him? and btw...this topic in not about Mel Gison.

I am all for anyone straight or gay having the right to marry; however, once marriage was moved from the church to the courts it lost all it's sanctity for everyone. Now it's just a business move and in my humble opinion, a waste of time.

Lev does not even say anything about lesbians but
some of what it says next includes
1) Eating shrimp or clams is an abomination Lev 18:22
2) Shaving your beard is an abomination
however
3) Slavery is OK (Lev 25:44-46)
If lesbians were to have children, it would something they could create together. These children were created with sperm from a MAN. Wow. It's really not that hard to figure out.

Who fricken cares??? That's just nasty. It would be a natural thing if women could procreate without a man. And they CANNOT! Thank goodness. This world is messed up enough. That would just be the icing on the cake, now wouldn't it?
