Spencer Pratt Slams Audrina's 'Tijuana Plastic Surgery'

Spencer Pratt is stirring up trouble again after his 'Hills' co-star Audrina Patridge talked about Heidi Montag's plastic surgery on 'Lopez Tonight.' Patridge said Montag had "changed a bit" since they met. "She got her chin chiseled, her nose done again, her cheeks, boobs redone, lipo, butt job, I don't know ten procedures ... in one day ... It's a lot,'" Patridge said. Pratt fired back on Twitter: "Audrina -- Don't hate because your nasty Tijuana plastic surgery got you no press."

"So glad my wife gets her surgery in Bev Hills and not where Jwow and Audrina go. We love American doctors!" he wrote.

Pratt continued: "I would like to make it CLEAR! My wife and Audrina have severed all ties! We no longer deal with that fake world and fake people like her."

He then went even further, making fun of Audrina and her singer boyfriend, Ryan Cabrera. "Why don't u and ur played out 90s singer Cabrera go into a bathroom stall and do what u do best..." he wrote. "You want press? Leak another 50 naked photos of yourself like u did to get relevant to in the first place."

Are you kidding me. Audrina looks great. What in the h..l was Heidi thinking. You're calling Audrina fake, name one part of Heidi that is real. The real test will be 20 years from now when Heidi looks like that scary one from Real Houswives. Did you see her? Now that's the new Freddy Krouger and that's where Heidi is heading. Honestly, this is just another way for them to get attention. Thing is, most people dont give a crap about what Mr. Pratt Tweets. Because its pretty childish. Then again, what has he ever done to show the world that he's not childish. Audrina was right though, Heidi has done way to much to herself, and she'll probably regret it later. I totally agree with you. How he ever got her to begin with, I will never understand..........He is scary looking, and so childish all the time. Now she looks so fake, its sad. Heidi does not look good...in fact, her multiple surgeries aged her about 10 years! She obviously has serious issues with body image. I'm not sure if this is her intent, but she looks like a porn star. She is constantly posing for the camera and trying to be sexy. I bet even Spencer thinks she looked better before but he would never admit it.
