Spike Lee was "disturbed" enough about Michael Jackson's death and aftermath to write a new movie about it, according to one of the film's likely stars, Samuel L. Jackson."Spike was bent out of shape about Michael Jackson's death for a long time," said Samuel Jackson. "(He was) depressed."
"I guess the depression set him into writing that story. He was disturbed by the death."
The movie will be called 'Brooklyn Loves You, Michael Jackson.'
Jackson explained that Lee's movie will be about people who want to throw a concert in Brooklyn for Michael "and the new gentrified people that live in the neighborhood (who) are worried about the kind of element that might be coming into the neighborhood."

If people are worried about who might move into a degenified neighborhood, there is a solution. Stay in your own neighborhood and you wouldn't have to worry about who else is moving into your the new hood.

Well said.
Poor Spike. Always angry about something.
I was at the Brooklyn Loves you party and it turned out to a beautiful day in the park. People really enjoyed themselves!

Michael Jackson does not belong to Spike Lee. He belongs to the world.

Jackson, like all Americans, is innocent until PROVEN guilty. I've been on both sides of this molestation deal. His accusers weren't some crusaders for truth. They were hangers-on and celebrity-struck. If a person puts themselves in the situation that Jackson grew up with...A FREAKING ZOO...that he came out as good as he did is the real miracle. Everybody wanted a piece of that kid, to touch the fame, to worship the celebrity or the voice and the dancer..whatever..everybody wanted a piece of him. From inside his prison of fame he acted like an immature nerd sometimes but where could he go to be "NORMAL" anyways? PROVE he was a child molester or shut the hell up. That's my point of view.
If Spike Lee is doing a movie to honor The Great Michael Jackson, then he must be one of the millions of us who know that Michael Jackson is not a pedophile.

iI surely agree.

MISS Jackson, if your nasty!!
They are BOTH freaks. One is a living moron, the other a dead moron. Not much to film because child molestation is NOT going to get an R rating. If S.Lee directs another POS like miracle at St something or other, then no one will stay long enuf to see how it ends. zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz

Stay 'till end of any Lee joint. Hit my head though. Fell asleep reading your zzzzzzzz post. Yawn.
excuse me. The allegations against Michael were never proven. And even if they were--Who are YOU to judge him??????

No Spike don't do it. Don't dishonor him with one of your flimsy movies.

it cracks me up that so many people have drunk the kool-aid! to the extent they actually believe the freak was halfway normal and didn't have a fetish for little boys. Money solves alot of problems, that's why none of the cases saw a full lawsuit executed. I'm sure Spike Lee will make the pedophile out to be some sort of saint. sickening....

Not nearly as sickening as having to share the planet with liars. They are the real freaks.
Tom for the record, you need EVIDENCE to formulate a criminal case. Why not turn over whatever you've uncovered to the FBI? You're obviously more adept at doing a job they've already done.
