Naomi Campbell Blows Up Interview Over 'Blood Diamond' Question

Naomi Campbell has a well-documented history of anger issues, but her most recent rage, over allegations that she was the recipient of a blood diamond, has been captured on film by ABC. The supermodel, who was reportedly given a large, uncut diamond by former African despot Charles Taylor, lashed out at a cameraman when her interviewer began a line of questioning regarding the gift.

Campbell, who initially told the reporter, "I didn't receive a diamond and I'm not going to speak about that," became enraged when she was further questioned on the subject. She proceeded to get out of her chair and exit the interview, knocking the camera out of a producer's hand on her way.

Campbell, who allegedly has crucial information linking the former Liberian president to war crimes committed in Sierra Leone, has refused interview requests from the UN's Special Court regarding the matter.

The supermodel's short fuse has landed her in hot water in the past. Both a former assistant and housekeeper alleged that Campbell physically attacked them, and she was involved in a 2008 scuffle with police at London's Heathrow Airport.

While I may not like Naomi and thinks she's crazy. She did politely ask her not to ask about it she kept pressing...so "shrugs" she walked off. Hey at least she didn't hit her with anything

You guys made it sound like she snapped while she was being interviewed. I thought ok she isn't answering (you know it's true what they asked her lol)that's ok. She isn't blowing up. I have seen worse. But then she gets up LMAO! That lady got some rage inside her. She could of just walked out and it would of been whatever. People have caused bigger scenes doing that. Smacking the camera away...She's a Crazy B....I don't get how these people (the famous folk) get away with their bad attiudes and rude behavior but, this is Namoi Campbell we are talking about.

Diamonds are a scam.They aren't peticularly rare.95% of the market is controled by a couple families going back generations.When mined they are warehoused and leaked onto the market in small amounts to keep prices high.Alluvial diamonds(ones found washed up on the beach)searched for by poor people get sold right into the same brokerage chain that owns the rest of them.

Oh please! That did not look like rage to me! She even politely asked her to not question her about that particular subject but the amateur interviewer kept pressing on. I Don't understand why people seek to be famous and then try to be private. When your famous, eveything is fair game. Anger got me into a lot of trouble. It not a good thing to express anger while your dealing with the press, it can and will back fire. Calm down Ms. Campbell your face is starting to show your contempt.
