Tiger Woods Divorce is '100 Percent Happening'

Though Tiger Woods was reportedly hoping to mend fences with his wife Elin after his sex scandal fractured their marriage, it looks like divorce is par for this course.

A source close to the family tells Us Weekly, "It's 100 percent happening ... It's going to take a long time to go through. [But] she will go through with it. She is all about being a mom. She will do it slowly and carefully."

While Tiger parties in the U.S. -- TMZ found the golfer hanging out backstage during a Nickelback concert in Florida earlier this week -- "Elin and the kids are out there visiting with [Elin's] family in Stockholm," the source says.

The friend adds that Elin has ordered "nonstop construction" on her new $3 million home on Sweden's west coast. "She is definitely planning on spending a lot of time there -- they are gutting it ... She and the kids are going to be spending most of the summer there. Without Tiger."

Reportedly, Elin has also looked at properties in Florida -- sources tell PopEater's Naughty But Nice columnist Rob Shuter that a full-time move to Sweden is out of the question. "No way would Tiger let Elin leave the USA with his children. You can say whatever you want about Tiger as a husband, but he has always been a great father," an insider told Rob. "He knows his marriage is probably over, but he will never give up on those kids. They mean the world to him."

It won't be up to Tiger where his children will live. He can certainly arrange with Elin where the kids are going to be but, it will cost him. He is going to have to swing those golf clubs hard, he will need it.

I have even MORE respect for Elin now that she is going ahead with divorce proceedings. She'll be a heck of alot happier being the ex-Mrs. Tiger Woods. Time to get him out of her life.

It CRACKS me up to read - "no matter what you say about him as a husband, he has always been a good father" Wouldn't a good father not cheat/lie to/deceive the mother of his children? I think they 2 go hand in hand.

Tell me, what did Elin bring to this marriage? Kids? Hell, he could have hired out a woman to have his kids like Michael Jackson did. What DID she bring to this marriage? Why do you think Tiger were having affairs? Sex addict my butt, Elin wasn't satisfying him. He married her on the advice of Mark O'Meara, and others. Tiger NEVER loved Elin. Tiger was winning Tournaments before he ever met her. Give her 500 million, he's still a half Billionaire, young, and pecker still gets hard all on it's own. This could be the best thing that ever happened to Tiger. Go and live your life like Garcia. He's probably laid twice and many as Tiger. You don't hear nothing about that. Why? HE'S NOT MARRIED.

Amen! Jesper Parnevik found her bagging groceries in a Stockholm supermarket, looking for a nanny job to get her to the USA, land of opportunity. She cannot, by law, take those kids out of Florida, much less the US, without his approval. He needs to pay her off and move on.

Oh, so you know for a fact that Tiger never loved Elin? You must be a close personal friend of his. It doesn't matter one iota what Elin brought into the marriage. The FACT is Tiger did marry her, and the FACT is the two of them have children, and that FACT alone is all that matters now. No one woman could ever satisfy a narcisstic a@@ like Tiger. He thought he was above reproach. He knows differently now. Hopefully he will never marry again and drag another family through the mud.

I am so glad Kate G. is off Dancing. It was painful to watch her. She just cannot dance,nor does she care. I have never liked her and feel for those kids. She is like a robot with a fake smile. Her looks are most of the time looking mad! What a waste.

A good father?? The inside source has got to be kidding!! A good father IS a good husband and vice versa. His children will read about this one day and know what kind of man he is. I could agree with great golfer, but not good father or husband. He is neither of them.
