Pamela Bach Gets 90 Days in Jail for Pair of DUI's

Pamela Bach, who was arrested twice for DUI in 2009, has been sentenced to 90 days in a California jail for violating her probation, TMZ is reporting.

The former 'Baywatch' actress, who is perhaps best known for her slash-and-burn divorce from David Hasselhoff, was slapped with DUI's in March and November of last year. The second offense constituted a probation violation and increased her initial sentence of 30 days to 90.

According to reports, Bach was pulled over Nov. 28 after she spent an emotional night trying to console her daughters, who were apparently shaken up by Hasselhoff's hospitalization for a seizure.

After having dinner, Bach was pulled over and registered blood-alcohol levels of .14 and .13 on subsequent tests. The legal limit for driving in California is .08.

Hasselhoff and Bach divorced in 2007 after years of public blow-ups and incidents, including the leaked video of a drunken David incoherently eating a cheeseburger.

TMZ is reporting that Bach will begin serving her sentence on May 3.

Now let's really see if she serves any time. Seems as though they check them in and out the back door they go. It sucks! Anyone else would have to serve their time no matter what.

Interesting that you quote the Bible there, toots. It is the same book that has Jesus turning water to wine. Having said that, I am not now, nor have I ever been a drinker. I just had a little trouble with that bit of hypocrisy. And tell the truth: Were you a bit tipsy when you attempted to type the word "alcohol?"

Let me tell you .13 or .14 in most people doesnt make your performance behind the wheel a menace. Now i know its the law but that doesnt make it right what they are saying are all people are equal when you drink. If that were true we would not have world records in sports, or any other events because everyone is equal. These dui tickets are nothing but a source of quick cash to spread around the crooked justice system we have in america.

Another celebrity getting a slap on the wrist until she kills someone. After the first offense, she should have been incarcerated for six months, then put on probation indefinitely with the understanding the a second offense would be a minimum of 5 years --and that only if no one is injured.
