Lindsay Lohan Dropped From Movie
More bad news for Lindsay Lohan: According to
TMZ, Lohan has been dropped from her latest film, 'The Other Side.'
The reason: Sources close to the project, which stars Woody Harrelson, Giovanni Ribisi, Dave Matthews and Alanis Morissette, claim that people financing the film deemed her not "bankable."
Director David Michaels had only this to say: "Our team simply chose to move on from Lindsay and we'll soon be announcing a replacement," he told TMZ.
Lohan was cast in the film May, 2009, and was to play a grad student who spends the summer working at a scientific institute on a remote island. Her last major film role was the 2007 bomb 'I Know Who Killed Me,' for which she received three Razzies.
The news caps off a rough week for the troubled starlet, who on Monday was accused of owing over $600,000 in credit card debt. A few days later, she was listed as a suspect in the theft of a $35,000 Rolex watch, which someone had left at her home earlier this year. Then on Thursday, Lohan's father, Michael, reportedly tried to stage an intervention at her apartment.
"When will it ever end ... it's been going on my whole life with him -- hasn't he caused enough pain?," Lohan later said on her Twitter.

It is a pity I love her movies and I would like if we have more of them
Face it, she never really was all that as an actress. She got a break as a kid because she was cute. Big deal. She's built her adult life around controversy just to remain relevant to the media. She's a has-been at this point just as so many child actors are who can't make the transition. She just doesn't have what it takes...and the people who hired her for this latest movie should have known better from the start. I mean, didn't they watch Georgia Rule on cable by mistake too?!!

Tina, spare me the goody-goody act. She's getting everything she deserves. She had it all and threw it all away (up her nose mostly).
Tina...Holy sht, what did you expect, tea and sympathy? I'd say you're about 4 years too late. There are too many other talented actresses out there who are far more capable and coping than Miss Lindsay. Would you expect someone to hire YOU if you had her recent resume' and rap sheet? You'd be hard-pressed to get a "you want fries with that" kind of job.
Ms. Bullock should continue being the lady she is and leave that mess to her husband and the bomb shell.

Lindsay...maybe your dad will stop intervening in your life when you finally either DIE or get your life together. As it is now I cannot blame him for trying to do whatever he can for you coz obviously you cannot see just how low you have fallen. You WILL either DIE or realize you need to get yourself some help and do it. Go daddy go I say if it means he gets you help that you refuse to get yourself. Someone obviously cares about you and it sounds like it IS your daddy. Lindsay, you need to grow up and get real here and stop acting like a spoiled little drug zombie that you are and either get help...or just die already coz everyone is waiting for that to happen to you. Linzey Loman has no one to blame for her troubles but herself...and those ridiculously dysfunctional parents of hers. I pity the 45 year old sister and the other siblings.
