Lindsay Lohan Dropped From Movie

More bad news for Lindsay Lohan: According to TMZ, Lohan has been dropped from her latest film, 'The Other Side.'

The reason: Sources close to the project, which stars Woody Harrelson, Giovanni Ribisi, Dave Matthews and Alanis Morissette, claim that people financing the film deemed her not "bankable."

Director David Michaels had only this to say: "Our team simply chose to move on from Lindsay and we'll soon be announcing a replacement," he told TMZ.

Lohan was cast in the film May, 2009, and was to play a grad student who spends the summer working at a scientific institute on a remote island. Her last major film role was the 2007 bomb 'I Know Who Killed Me,' for which she received three Razzies.

The news caps off a rough week for the troubled starlet, who on Monday was accused of owing over $600,000 in credit card debt. A few days later, she was listed as a suspect in the theft of a $35,000 Rolex watch, which someone had left at her home earlier this year. Then on Thursday, Lohan's father, Michael, reportedly tried to stage an intervention at her apartment.

"When will it ever end ... it's been going on my whole life with him -- hasn't he caused enough pain?," Lohan later said on her Twitter.

She was actually good in 1 movie: "Bobby" about RFK. She showed she could act. NOW: here's the plan for Lohan: Get an apartment in NYC, plenty of gansta tats, lots of booze, and just throw parties. That seems to be her lifestyle which is a true waste. Nuff said on Lindsay "Loser" Lohan !!!

Well well, we all need to remember she is still a human and ALL human's have faults and problems. If she were a nobody like your next door neighbor I am sure you wouldn't say the same things you would most likely try to help her/him. And you really think her drug addicted thief of a father is really wanting to help her? No No my friends he wants MONEY, to be put in the lime lite that his daughter has always had good or bad. She has to want to be helped for herself or it just won't work, no one can do it for someone else and make it last. So before you all say nasty things about a person famous or not think about what goes on in your home. NO ONE IS PERFECT. Live your life with PEACE, always treat people with LOVE, and we will all have HAPPINESS.

Oh, it's the bad parent game again? At some point, however, you have to grow up and say, "That was then, this is now". You can't keep wetting yourself for the rest of your life because your parents didn't change your diapers fast enough when you were a kid. Grow the hell up.

Lindsay is a lost soul,the people who raised her were irresponsible ..like the apple falling not far from the tree.
They are a family with so many dysfunctions..perhaps they all should re-examine their lives and put GOD (not the dollar) in the center of all these chaos and perfect storm happening in their lives, then hopefully peace and calm happens thereafter. Let us all pray for her and her family and wish her well.

Where is Lindsey mother. She was allways out partying with her daughter and now She is no where to be found. She has had her 15 min's of fame seems she took the money and ran. I knew her father has had his problems. but it seems he has gotten himself together and is now trying to get his daugher together. But it seem she is on a slippery slope. On foot in the grave and the other on a banana peel.

Good. People who demonstrate bad/reckless behavior should not be rewarded with movie contracts and more money to continue it, or more recognition.

I saw "I Know Who Killed Me," and I felt she did a good job in that movie. I also liked it because it featured a piano piece that I myself used to play when I was a kid.

As a recovering addict myself (16 years clean), I really hope she gets help and gets clean. She is a beautiful, talented person that I don't want to see fall by the wayside like so many other talented actors and musicians.

Thank God someone finally seen her for what she is. Why would anyone want to see her in a movie. She is on the news all the time for some other stupid stunt she has pulled.
