Tito Ortiz Arrested for Allegedly Abusing Girlfriend Jenna Jameson

Mixed martial arts fighter Tito Ortiz was arrested Monday morning in Huntington Beach, California, for allegedly abusing adult film actress Jenna Jameson, his girlfriend of four years.

According to TMZ, Jameson sustained "visible injuries" during the dust-up, which was reported as a "disturbance" on a 911 call reportedly made by the porn star's father.

Ortiz was handcuffed and is currently in custody for felony domestic violence. Jameson has indicated plans to press charges.

"I'm gonna be alright," she told TMZ as she left her home Monday afternoon. "My babies are alright ... everything's OK ... he's in jail."

Although never married, the pair have twin boys together. They met on MySpace in 2006, and he later went on to star on 'The Celebrity Apprentice' in 2008.

Legally you can be arrested for merely grabbing someone by the arm during a heated argument. Someone fair skinned like her abusing pain meds could bruise by merely grabbing her arm firm.
I'm not defending that action but you might want to hold off calling him a wife beater just yet.
